Hi, CS gurus. I’m trying to figure out if I’ve got an actual issue or am just dumb. Should there be a progress bar for the major/minor N’zoth assaults in 8.3? I’ve tried a full UI reset and still don’t see anything to indicate progress. Any thoughts?
I haven’t done any minor assaults as yet, but they are there for major ones. At least the quest-related ones in Uldum and Pandaria.
Did you ensure closing out your addon manager during the reset so the addons weren’t put back before you launched the game afterwards?

At the moment I’m unable to, as I completed both the weekly and half-weekly yesterday, but if I get some alts far enough and remember, I’ll snag some screens.

Major assaults (like Pandaria right now) reset once a week at Tuesday reset, so if you’ve already done one you’re done until reset, except for daily quests.
Minor assaults reset twice per week (Tuesday AM reset, Friday evening).

Don’t feel bad. My recollection is that if you did the initial quest chain in the Vale along with the initial set of dailies, you pretty much got 100% completion on the invasion at the same time. So completing the invasion may not have even registered. (I know I had pretty bad sensory and cognitive overload that first evening. Lots to do, lots to see, lots to learn.)
