you have poor understanding of parses and class balance.

DRs are a thing, and so is healer dps.

Holy paladins were brought to all the world firsts this expac how’s that for balance?

druids need to hit more than 2 buttons lol… whoever told you that is lying.

A grey parsing druid is not outperforming a 90 parsing paladin, set your standards higher.

unique raid situations and meme attempts. Healing in this game is a joke.

Heroic parses are a joke lol.

And per those fights, there’s really no healing to be done.

Excess healing doesn’t do much, damage kills bosses.

vigilant guardian is misclassified trash at this point.

yeah its too bad most people wont be able to go attempt it because of the games stupid restrictions designed around getting people to transfer between servers

guild sell carries at this point. You can do it with 16 probably.

Healer balance isn’t determined by hps.

Anyone who brings up hps parses is an idiot.

people look at meters, yes, but people look at them differently.

Highest =/= “best.”

Straight up lies, idc what he says lol. You can’t heal any viable content with 2 buttons.

yes you can. Seventh amalgam trinket, rejuv and convoke. Pretty sure that’s doable for all of heroic. Maybe some innervates. (Not by self, cause you know, two buttons,)

Your raid took 30.8 million damage in that log. Which means that devo aura prevented 952k damage. When you add that damage prevented to the 4,670,000 healing the paladin did you get 5,622,000 healing. Which is more than the top healer in the log.

Druid is the top throughput healer(afkaik) right now and the raid has so much raid wide ticking damage that monk, druid, holy priest will really shine.

Devo prevents 3% of the damage. So, you take 97% of the raw damage.

0.97 * Raw_Damage=30.8M
Raw_Damage= 30.8M/.97

Yeah, aura mastery would bring that number even higher. You could isolate the times when aura mastery were up and look at the damage taken during those times and calculate the damage prevent from AM too. But then you should do the same for that shaman totem who’s name escapes me right now.

people care more for parses comparing people of the same class than a flat number.

Preventing damage is much more important than healing it up after you take it. Preventing damage prevents people from dying. You can’t get big hps numbers if players are dead.

But also REALLY take healing parses with a grain of salt. If you out gear a fight you could take last healers to a fight and the healers are going to parse really way. If you’re progging a fight you might have more healers to push through (assuming you can meet dps checks).

Check this site out:

With this you can check uptimes, and if they’re using CDs, or core abilities.

Again gain of salt because the advice isn’t always the best.

Seems like there is a lot of frustration in your raid. Your healer lead ( or whoever is managing the healers ) should have a set time when certain cooldowns are used. If your healers are not following the plan (without good reason) then you should be looking to replace that healer.

If you don’t have a preplanned time to use certain cooldowns and they’re using them to pad metters but the boss still dies I don’t think you should be worked up about it.
