In 2 hours of playing, I’ve met one person questing in Wetlands and zero in Arathi.
In LFG tool, only myself and 2 DPS were listed. I’d check every 30m or so.
So much for community? And encouraging socialization, right?
I mean, obviously, leveling solo is a lot more social than having RDF. I get to talk to myself!
Yeo, it is Wrath rush time, granted. Who cares about those 100’s of players across all servers. Godforbid they have RDF to enjoy with each other.
Players are focused on Wrath only at the moment.

You shouldn’t expect to encounter a lot of people to be social with.
Dude the only people using LFG tool for the questing section sub 70 are people who want to just chat in the channel
No one is gonna use that to meet up and chat with new people while questing, because the odds you both are on the very same spot in a quest line is slim. And if you were on the same part, you’d probably both just see each other out in the world and you can invite each other at that point

There are a ton of people leveling on the fresh servers like angerforge
by ton you mean 5 dps in sm cath que , 2 healers and a pretend ret tank? pretty much , literally takes 2-3 hours on maladath to get a group going in the wrong ranges at the wrong time , like i’m not kidding
And even for wrath content, during off-peak hours, it is hard to find teams. I feel ya friend.
Sounds like such a fun way to play a game. This is why people play other games and why Blizz has driven away the majority of it’s player base.
As the anti-RDFer, I do think RDF has a role for outdated and infrequently used content.
RDF for Vanilla dungeons… and maybe even TBC would be fine imo.

So…their aren’t any new players coming at all? People that are curious about the old world stuff on the way to 70-80? Like no one at all? Does that mean classic only has small(ish) community that isn’t growing and consists of people that already played through classic/tbcc? Why isn’t their any new blood?
Ain’t nobody new coming to play WoW. The time of WoW supremacy in video games has long past. Retail or Classic, doesn’t matter.

As long as you have one class that can heal, you can 2 man dungeons.
And I’m sure if its all dps, the mobs won’t live long enough to be a concern anyway.
