Sorry thought you were the other poster that said he’s on grob and is anti rdf.

Wasn’t trying to argue. Just asking if you thought less populated realms get groups as easy as populated ones since I thought you were the anti rdf poster.

I was wanting to get the the opinion of an anti rdf person about how easy they think getting groups is for the non mega realms but mixed you up with other poster.

I meant to ask iwillkitu

i agree with this, i think the benefits of leaving it the way it is (for pve) is good but not in a intuitive way. its more nuanced

The dungeons are where the action happens. You barely need other people for simple questing.

Not that most would want to quest with you anyway. Nobody wants to share the quest item drops :joy:

I’ll admit that my sunwell parses weren’t the best as I am more skilled at Arena, I was able to hit 1900 this time in 3s.

You didn’t play the game originally then, because there was always people doing both questing and dungeons interchangeably and the flow worked fine.

It’s new to “Classic” and your reacting to it as someone negatively reacting to a new technology.

It’s not -literally- new. Obviously. If you seriously thought I was stating RDF was a brand new technology, despite me mentioning it’s over a decade old several, then you have reading comprehension issues, or your just actively straw manning because once again you have nothing to put forward in an actual argument.

Again, if your so afraid of decide old technology being re-released in the content it was originally released in, go scurry off to Vanilla with all the other people whom seem to be downright terrified of the idea of people being able to do NORMAL ENTRY LEVEL PVE CONTENT EASILY.

Like for god sakes, it’s normal and heroic dungeon, none of this stuff is massively end game pushing, it’s literally what people to do farm rep, badges and the like. I seriously do not understand the Anti-RDF’s position on trying to die on a stupid hill like normal and heroic dungeons being able to be queue’d like bloody battle grounds can be.

It’s a ridiculous molehill to plant your stupid flag on and try to fight to the death over.

Its dead again in a month or so. How many people do you think are actually goin to be leveling anything that they havent already leveled ? The world be just as dead as it was 4 months ago. Not having RFD wont change that fact.

I did play the game back then. I started playing in Burning Crusade as a little kid on the realm stonemaul. My character even had the same name.

Is it the group forming that is hard for you or the running to the dungeon?

The world is alive because they removed mage boosting. The world was pretty dead when people can just AFK to cap.

We know smaller pop realms struggle with building groups. I gotcha. Youre wasting time with them though. They have an extreme biased one way and will never give an inch or concede anything.

We need RDF because WE HAVE ALL DONE THIS BEFORE.

There’s no need to force people to walk to a dungeon. None at all….

I’m still waiting for you to demonstrate that you aren’t a retail tourist. Grow some huevos and post on a classic char or go away.

So ask for a TBC server for that play style. If you played Wrath at 3.3.5 you had RDF. End of argument.

I think it’s the group forming. On a lower pop realm, finding a dungeon group during tbc could take over an hour. If you had cross realm rdf, it should eliminate that problem. Also less people would feel the need to be on a mega server for the easy to get groups.

Huh? Not sherrif srs. The world is alive because there is a 50% exp buff and wrath hits soon. Once that buff is gone and we are into the expansion, all of the leveling you see wont be happening on the scale that you see it. The world will be back to dead again. How can you not see that?

And this here’s my favoruite post. This joke here has been vehemently against RDF yet now he’s excited pvp queues anywhere. You can’t make this crap up.

I remember playing Wotlk and being HAPPY for RDF when it first came out. That is because I had no idea how disastrous it’s effects would be.

I didn’t realize how bad it was until Cataclysm when the world was dead despite an entire world revamp.

Many people are coming back for WOTLK because of what it offers, I don’t understand how someone not playing classic this entire time devalues their opinion…
