This is a garbage statement that should never be said by Blizzard, ever.
We better not hear about another Blizzard layoff for at least 2-3 Years.
The amount of $90 mounts you are selling, and the sheer amount of tokens being purchased dwarfs all of your other profits and we all know it.
This is actually tempting, I farmed enough gold to buy the Diablo XPAC, 1 Month of sub fees and $100 worth of battlenet credit. I wouldnt be out of pocket much at all.
Am I supporting corporate greed from farmed gold?
Yup it is, meanwhile in Australia its $120AUD which with conversion is cheaper then the USA and their $90 price.
Only about $10 dollars that is due too the exchange rate not anything blizzard can do about that now …
That’s cause conversion rates constantly change. No company in existence to my knowledge, updates their prices every time the conversion rate changes. They usually do it every few years.
Scones recipe
Ingredients
Basic scone
2 1/2 cup self-raising flour
60 gram cold butter, chopped
3/4 cup cold milk, plus extra to glaze
jam or marmalade, to serve
whipped cream, to serve
Method
Basic scone
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Sift into a large bowl. Rub in butter to make fine crumbs.
Make a well in centre; add milk. Using a round-bladed knife, cut through mixture until it forms a soft dough, adding 1-2 tablespoons more milk if needed. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead briefly until smooth, then shape into a 2cm-thick round.
Using a 5.5cm cutter dipped into flour, cut round from dough. Place scones side by side on prepared tray. Brush tops with extra milk to glaze. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and well risen. Serve scones with jam and cream.
Universal “quality of life improvements” aren’t all improvements, as they negatively impacts player behaviour (some QoL is good, but not in excess - utility mounts in WoW have almost always been excessively powerful and dramatically impacts player behaviour). But… due to how movement works in the game now, it may not be as bad as it was prior to DF.
This is what I meant with “I can rationalize it” but… there’s a lot more issues with them selling it. So it is still objectively bad for the playerbase but it may not be as bad as it otherwise would’ve been.
Ya’ll who keep saying this should understand two things:
- Being a classist elitist harassing people who are poor … that ain’t a cool thing to do. It just makes you a classist and elitist.
- I can afford the mount no problem, that’s not the problem - so just quit being a classist elitist. This ain’t difficult.
People will buy this because they are losers
No - California just is getting ahead of the rest of the fly over nation, as usual, by telling companies to be more clear in their language.
The effect isn’t changing- Blizzard is just being more clear that you don’t own anything and they aren’t transferring ownership.
ok not only did you make a mount you “removed” from the game but you made a better version with the mailbox like we all originally wanted… YEA CAN YOU ADD THE MAILBOX TO THE LONGBOY FFS.
OMG so tragic! Stop the drama it gets old real quick. Nobody cares about you’re thoughts on the matter. People are going to purchase the new dino mount that comes with a mailbox with blizz balance or real cash.
…i feel like i need to sit-down… i mean, i already am sitting in my computer chair, but i feel like i need to double sit-down.
this one is ripe with whine…
I own both brutosaurs take my $ Blizzard
People wont buy this because they are losers
see how that works? lmao.
Quite offtopic, don’t you think?
You’re only allowed to post recipes of the official cookbook of warcraft.
But pls volume 2. I already have the first one.
see, this one I dont understand.
If the US dollar is valued as 120 AUD, then there isnt any problem there…your currency is just valued less per unit compared to ours. Effectively its the same ‘price’…same ‘value’.
I swear I think I saw this over at half price books a while back.
Nope. And I never said it was. Which is why I haven’t bought it.
What I also haven’t said or insinuated, is that Larian is somehow responsible if some poor irresponsible fool spends their rent money on BG3 and ends up on the street.
That’s literally the argument you’ve been making.
