Noticing a trend

Legion had a total of 13 Dungeons.
BFA had a total of 11 Dungeons.
Shadowlands had a total of 9 Dungeons.
Dragon Flight had a total of 9 Dungeons.
The War Within has 8 Dungeons.

Feels very much that Blizzard is doing the same thing CoD did and just rewrapping the same game over and over and releasing half baked content.

If you’re gonna only do half the work for an Expansion, can we start paying half the price?

As a shareholder, no.

We’re getting a new dungeon in 11.1. Total of 9, like DF.
They have a model to follow. You want to make your voice heard? Stop paying them at all. Otherwise you’re saying its okay to have X dungeons per expansion.

Also the dungeons are actually new, so you know

Actually new content

You’re right, I forgot about the 4 dungeons they pull from old Xpacs to add into every Mythic Season lmao

Those delete the other 4 dungeons right?

The other 4 that don’t get included in this season? Or the 4 they remove going into next season? I’m unsure which ones you’re talking about.

Yeah, OP is being disingenuous here. Or just completely oblivious.

DF was launched with 8 dungeons. (DOTI Added 10.1.5)
SL was launched with 8 dungeons. (TVM Added 9.1)

We already know there’s a new dungeon in 11.1, bringing it up to 9.

Also Legion was 13 but then in BFA they moved to the model of a mega dungeon instead. So it isn’t as cut and dry as less dungeon content.

But keep pushing that agenda, OP. :tea:

I’m not sure either cuz you’re talking about a mythic season when I said they add new dungeons

As a player and a shareholder, I find myself often conflicted.

Blizzard hasn’t gone up on their sub prices in ages…… we already paying half what they should be charging

True.
If Blizzard followed the trend of groceries we’d be paying like $29.99 a month.

We have more patches since DF , patches used to be every 6 months, in legion - SL even 8 months

While I agree with you noticing the “shrinkflation” on content; my wow sub is the ONE bill I’ve had for over 20 years that’s never gone up in price. You can’t say that about most things. My Netflix account alone has almost doubled in half that time.

So I have to give credit where due, even if you’re right about quality dropping

Sorry, my fault, I wasn’t running them.

8 dungeons and 13 delves though

As someone who quit during SL I honestly appreciate older dungeons re-entering the rotation. Not only does it keep the content relevant, it’s a lower learning curve for returning players who happen to remember things like the Tirna Scithe maze puzzle or Siege of Boralus cannons.

The new affixes, and changes to things like Covenant skips, are more than enough to keep things fresh even in an older dungeon. And as we’re seeing with Grim Batol, they’re even able to take pre-Mythic dungeons and dust them off with a few updates. I would love to do Mythic Stonecore, Scholomance or Mogu’shan Palace.

so we should be grateful for slap dash content because Blizzard decides not to completely price gouge with the excuse “inflation”??

Giving us old dungeons is also a great idea. The mega dungeon is also 2 dungeons. So essentially we have more dungeons to run thru than before.

Not to mention players have content running down pat now and expect more balance changes since stats are widely available.
