Nothing pisses me off more than blizzard acting like everything is fine

Did I ever say you were? No. I was talking to the OP.

Oh my bad, just so used to getting attacked I went on the defensive. Again I apologize.

This pretty much all the AAA game companies have seriously dropped the ball lately I mean dayum.

This is like the second or third time ive seen someone in a thread complaining about you adding absolutely nothing to a thread. Maybe you shouldn’t idk try to add to the conversations? lol

And this is the 3rd time I’ve seen you complain about me adding nothing while you yourself add nothing. Take your own advice some time. lol

No but lfr is. And so is Normal mode raiding. And WPvP is PvP and alts can do stuff too. Try again?

Which posts would that be? Yours that just make random unfounded hateful statements or OP’s that make random unfounded hateful statements?

Tell me Sin, what have you contributed to this thread? I tried several times to engage OP in on topic discussion.

I DO wish they would acknowledge some of the issues they have created …

BUT it isn’t beyond repair and IF they get at it it might be okay…

The added 25% to leveling XP was a BAD idea BTW … I hit 250 quests at 42nd level (and this was mostly pre change) … I know many HATE level grind BUT now the leveling IS too fast and I LIKE the old zones BUT leveling to 60th takes 6 zones maybe 7 and is REALLY fast …

Every game THINKS they can save the die off with the xp speed up but it never holds … IF Your game is dying in population then it takes a LOT more than just making leveling faster …

Having said all that I also REALLY miss all the other players in the older zones as it often feels VERY lonely …

Tripple A games are dead, that’s why their stocks are falling. Whether it’s EA games or Activision Blizzard or whatever. It honestly has nothing to do with the game, it’s across the board. If economy tanks or continues to slow, you better believe the gaming industry will be hurting especially since this is all luxury stuff.

The current bear market has more to do with fears over a global economic slowdown and less to do with some minor event that investor’s don’t care about and that most of them have probably forgotten about by now.

You probably had more savvy investors just taking profits after Blizzcon than just simply reacting to fear.

Do you even follow the stock market? Entire market is getting slammed, not just Blizzard. You don’t change your already successful business because your stock dropped during a general market downturn.

They didn’t, they dropped 8%.

The 30% drop is industry wide and affects the entire tech/games sector. Even companies which are doing well such as Grinding Gear Games (the makers of Path of Exile) have taken a stock hit of around 30%.

Threads like yours that take a nugget of truth and spin it into something it isn’t is likely one of the reasons why Blizzard stopped sharing sub numbers, because whenever they did people like you would take those numbers and use them to justify your point.

The one and only reason they stopped sharing sub numbers is because the graph looked pitiful with 13million subs during WotLK down to a pathetic 4million or whatever it was during WoD. It was definitive proof this game was hemorrhaging players and the fact they still hide it shows they still are. All they care is about appeasing their investors, which is why they’ll happily share how much money this game is making with their overpriced service fees and digital horse sales. If this game ever went near WotLK numbers you could bet they’d start putting that number anywhere and everywhere, but we’re way below that now. I’d even bet money that WoD numbers look good by comparison. Call it a hunch.
