I am in hyjal and everything is phased in the regrowth. I am currently trying to tame Ban’thalos near the sanctuary of Malorne but he won’t spawn because everything is phased. How can I fix this?

I have the same issue, I opened a ticket and was informed this is a known issue with no known resolution.
