I spent a total of 33-34k Ashes on different legendaries since Launch.
At least one of those was made Obsolete. (horned nightmare)
My spec has like 3 different PVE leggos. Grim/Wilf/Implosive.
I play PVE and PVP. This expansion i nutted up and chased my dream of grabbing Rival and getting the often very cool PVP elite appearances.
So i had to craft even more, Sacro/Cinders/Demon Synergy all with differing stats than their PVE counterparts.
Then you go ahead and destroy AFF for PVE so that renders it’s legendary completely useless. So thanks a bunch.
Then you make it so sockets will be added to gear that are already popular because they give high stats.
You have now rendered an entire spec DOA, You are forcing us all to regrind out legendaries.
WE DONT NEED TO WAIT TILL 9.2-9.3 before you say DOH! Lets fix these problems we created and earn (goodwill) Were not stupid.

A single leather chestpiece costs more than what you’ve spent on all your legendaries so far, this expansion.
Mail/Leather/Plate crafting requirements need to be brought down to the cloth level, but honestly Cloth wearers have little reason to complain, this expansion.

It’s an unneccesary time consuming activity that i will have to regrind out max level Legendaries. You’re right Torghast is not hard. It’s tedious and its a waste of my time to have to redo it. It’s disrespectful.

I do wish we could get our weekly Soul Ash by repeating Twisting Corridors instead of doing the regular 6-floor wings, since TC is way more fun because you can build a full powers set.

There is Drama because its clear Blizzard know the simplest solution and refuses to implement based on business decisions instead of player desires.

The aff rework is legitimately frustrating. They absolutely destroy the centerpiece of the entire spec’s balancing for the expansion, and in exchange, slightly buff a few of the DoTs.
So all we have left is this hackjob confused mess of a spec that’s dead unless they buff it during the raid balancing passes.
Worthless class designers.

Have people even looked at the shards they are whining about? A 3 pc will be wanted for sure but after that the effects are so minor that I wouldn’t be surprised that the stats gained on a legendary armor pc wouldn’t out perform them.
Myself outside of the 3pc. I can slot 2-3% damage for 20s when first attacking something and 2-3% 50% and lower.
Good for sure but not world ending to lose.
