People want an authentic Wrath with authentic Wrath system…which has been removed and replaced with a system from Retail. And people upset by this you tell to go play Retail. That is trolling.

Stating the obvious is now considered crying lol? Man you guys really do find anything to be angry about. Why am I going to go riot over GDKP nor boosting that I can’t change. I could care less if RDF is added to the game the fact is it wasn’t in the game when it launched. This being angry over something you can’t change right now if you happen to see I have made 10 posts not really in a few of the threads but ok over half was just this thread.
I probably would not have phrased it that way (to polarizing), but you are not wrong (I avoided the van & Tbc because of no RDF).
I am ok with this.

And guess what…the game once had 12 million subs and now has maybe 1. Looks a lot of those people actually did quit.
So there’s a 100% chance people who make ridiculous statements like you just did have no clue what they’re taking about.

The WeakAuras update from August 29th has 1.35 million downloads.
Not everyone uses addons.
Not everyone who does use addons uses weakauras.
Not everyone updates their addons every time an addon update comes out.
Players from China, who are the vast majority of Classic players, get their addons from their own websites.
The game has millions of subscribers right now. You can compare current addon downloads to the downloads of addons during WoD, when we knew the playerbase was over 5 million. The addon download numbers now are exceeding those numbers.
A good estimate of current worldwide subscribers is likely around 7 million.

It didn’t have RDF until the end. So, you are telling me you didn’t play until ICC came out? You didn’t even play 90% of the expansion in that case so we don’t really want you here anyway noobing up the raids since you never did them with mechanics.
Amberray is being disingenuous bringing ICC into the discussion. RDF wouldn’t even affect raids like ICC. There’s nothing epic about dungeon entrances. At all. You’d have to be nuts to object to RDF because it’s an epic experience to look at a portal with a skull for the bazillionth time. These anti RDF people have to either be trolling or don’t even know why they don’t want it.
All of their arguments are ridiculous but this is one of the dumbest.

RDF was in Wrath for over a year. Meanwhile Blizzard has added a TON of things that were not in original classic - including boosts. Wrath is rolling out at a late patch - 3.3.5. RDF was introduced in patch 3.3.0, so we’re starting beyond that patch anyway. It’s not like we’re getting original Wrath. Objecting to RDF because it wasn’t in the game at the beginning of the expansion doesn’t even make sense.

Buddy, we are starting Wrath at a later patch than when RDF was introduced.
nowhere did i hear him say “if you dont like it go play retail” what i heard is they are looking for more input from us.
Idk, Dks and Dual Spec werent in the game at least til launch, and that changed.
Looking at RDF during its implementation we see that heroic rewards dont match the beginning of wrath as they were specifically catchup mechanics with the emblems given. So heroics being in at the start in the tool doesnt work. BUT, normal dungeons 100% could work just fine how its coded for rewards. Add normal dungeons to rdf and call it a day until later on between tier 9/10 where the rewards for heroics makes sense.
