Not Getting Mythic+ Rating Credit for completes

I have suspected for a week that 2 of my toons are not getting credit for any completions on Mythic+. Last night we completed (2) M14 with my Holy priest healing. On 2 dungeons I have never done at this level. M14 is the highest my priest has completed. While everyone in my group received increased rating… I did not. Why?

What is the name of the toon and the realm it’s on?

Without knowing those details, my best guess is that the keys were over time. Unless my memory is a little shady here (I haven’t ran M+ for months), if you timed a 13 but did not time a 14, the untimed 14 would not increase your rating.

Another thing to keep in mind (this doesn’t sound like it applies here, but just an FYI), if you finish a key and have gone more than 40% over the timer, you get nothing regardless.

Thanks for responding
Its strange because my friends in the same group with higher top mythics all got score progress. The other weird thing is that I am not even seeing them as complete under mythics in the links below. But when I open the vault… They show as recorded  Same with last week.

The link to my Priest Xuqui on Eitrigg == (https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/eitrigg/xuqui)

This has also been affecting my Pally Ciovanne. (https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/eitrigg/ciovanne)

Thanks for providing that info.

I’m looking at a +14 Mists run that was over the timer by 63%

And a +14 Theater that was over the timer by about 91%

Were these the runs you’re referring to? Nobody will receive ratings for those since they’re over the 40% threshold.

Is it possible your teammates mistook their valor gains for rating gains? You will still get valor, just not rating.

Ps… I looked and those were the highest completes on either of those instances

The armory links show your highest keys that awarded rating.

RIO (Raider.io) provides much more granular detail, including when a ran was done, the time completed in, etc.

Your runs were too far over the timer to award any rating. So let’s take the Mists run for example: had the run been completed within 41 minutes 59 seconds, you’d probably be looking at a rating upgrade.

Does this help clarify things?

Thanks man… Really appreciate it. They may have. But that explains it.
