Not getting feldrake mount?

filling out a ticket does nothing blizz just deletes them and gives automated responses with links regarding things you never even asked about.

Then youre done for anyway. Otherwise keep reopening the ticket if they send such one. At some point youre past the bots.

Feldrake now at 2 days since redemption, and still nothing. What is going on here?

Got mine fixed. I closed everything my game and battle.net website. Made a Twitch second account, watched for 4 hours to get to 100% eligible to claim mount. Once that is done, I hold it and didn’t claim yet. I went to my battle.net account and disconnect my old twitch account and TOOK THE RISK to add the new account. You will get notification that there will be 7day cooldown… but MEH, I took the risk anyway. So I did connect my new twitch account and it let me. Then after I get connected, I logged in and the MOUNT is there!

What happens when the drop expires and Blizzard has not fixed it? Do we just miss out?

I made a post but I’ll post it here as well, I found a fix if you did not receive your Feldrake. This will only work if the twitch account you have linked to your battle.net has been linked longer than 7 days. You will have to make a new twitch account and link this new account and rewatch your 4 hours and claim your Feldrake. (If your previous twitch was connected longer than 7 days it is SAFE to switch it and you will not have to wait that 7 day waiting period for this new account) I just did it and it worked and I got my Feldrake as soon as I logged in.

This worked perfectly. Did exactly this, and got my drake instantly. Thank you!

It takes a day to register maybe? Did you claim it from your drops option on the Twitch account? Link it correctly to btag etc.

You can have mine for $3000

Can I do this if I already tried to reconnect my twitch account? I’d like my mount but I don’t want to screw myself out of it.

I connected my first twitch account a few months ago. I got the warning that there’d be a 7 day cooldown when disconnecting it, but it was referring to a THIRD account (if I was so inclined to connect to a third one). There was no cooldown when I attached the new one- however, I do need to wait a week to reconnect the first one. Hope that makes sense.

How can you tell if there’s a 7 day wait period? I attached a new twitch account and I don’t see any warnings about it not going into effect. It looks like it automatically connected the new one.

There would be if you disconnected the new one. I looked at reconnecting my first account, but because I had just connected a new one, I have to wait for the cooldown.

(it’s 2am and I’m tired, idk, lol. I honestly don’t use twitch, so it’s a nonissue for me)

Not only did I watch a stream that held the event to earn the Feldrake for 10+ hours after I had already ‘earned’ the Feldrak (watched 4hrs of Towellee’s stream). Fast forward 2days and I had contacted Blizzard support first to be told they see nothing wrong on their end and show that I should have it since I had claimed the kite pet and ichabod. They recommended I contact Twitch and I did.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this!

After taking a look, I can see that the Drop in question has already been claimed, and you should be able to see the claimed Drop by navigating to your [Inventory page] Please note that Drops can take around 24 hours to update on the Inventory page. If the Drop appears to be missing, we recommend checking that you’re signed into the appropriate Twitch account, and also checking that you have linked the correct game account with your Twitch account.

You should be able to verify the game-account involved by navigating to the game/developer’s connection page, while Twitch account connections are available via your [Connections page]. It is only possible to link one account from the same developer to a specific Twitch account, so verifying this information should help narrow down the possibilities.

After checking your accounts, if you are having trouble accessing the reward in-game, please note that the developer of the broadcasted game is responsible for fulfilling Drop rewards, and it will be necessary to reach out to the appropriate team for assistance. While we have some visibility related to a Twitch account’s link-status, we cannot see what specific game account was used and our ability to provide additional support is therefore relatively limited.

In the case that an incorrect account was linked, we are unable to facilitate a second opportunity to redeem the Drop and we would encourage you to contact the developer directly in this scenario as well.

We appreciate your understanding, if you have any other questions we do have more information about Drops in our help article [here], but please let us know if we can help in any other way.

Best,

Twitch Support

I have done everything that is stated above as per what twitch said. Nothing. I even reconnected my blizz/twitch. Nothing.

I got it! Just make a new twitch acc and watch 4 hrs, it bypasses the bugged drops.

That doesn’t seem like a fun thing to do. Especially those that followed Twitches comments and there is a cooldown of 7days before you can connect again.

Most would like to have it connected to their main twitch/blizz ya know.

But, CONGRATS!!!

I think it’s already been suggested but I’ll say it anyway:

For everyone who didn’t get it, I would suggest you quickly make a brand new Twitch account, disconnect your old one from your WoW account (and your WoW account from your old Twitch after), and connect the new Twitch account. Watch four hours, maybe wait an hour after it comes through, then claim it!! It worked and I’m so relieved!! But there’s not much time left to do it!

The 7 day cooldown DOES NOT APPLY if your previous Twitch account had already been connected for longer than 7 days! You will be able to connect to the new one successfully! You can’t do this if your old one wasn’t connected for 7 days though, I think.

Didn’t work here - but I had already hit “claim” on an unlinked twitch account. I disconnected and linked the new account and no luck. Would suggest waiting on the “claim” if anyone else is going to try it.

Also tried completely logging in and out of battlenet/wow… 5 day estimated wait time on tickets… …

I don’t trust them to fix it before the mount is gone, so I disconnected Twitch from Twitch side, and then from WoW account connections. Then I made a new twitch account and connected it from Wow account connections. It warned about a 7 day cooldown when I was about to disconnect, but I went ahead anyway and was able to connect a new one just fine.

At first it didn’t show that I was connected to bNet on my new twitch account, but logging out of Twitch and logging back in fixed it. Now I am ONCE AGAIN watching for 4 hours, and hopefully I’ll get the mount this time…

you have to click on the thing in the chat to claim and then it should show in collections if you linked the twitch account to your wow account.

I was worried I would mess something up but I managed to get it on the first night.

I got the kite easy peasy so I know everything is connected.

Did same thing for feldrake.
Claimed it just like kite.

Still haven’t received feldrake 24+ hours after claimed.
