You should check all the replies. People have done everything correctly: Linked their accounts, claimed it in Twitch inventory, and are still waiting several days later for something that other people have received instantly. It’s an issue Blizzard is aware of, but they haven’t been able to fix it yet.

twitch account is linked, feldrake is 100% on twitch, claimed reward on twitch, logged into Wow and no gift box in the mounts tab. i had already claimed the dragon kite, easy peasy lemon squeezy, feldrake though…
Welp had a ticket in but blizzard closed it and left a stupid auto reply with the standard we are sorry here are some helpful links I give up

Check again this morning, still no drake and my ticket got auto-resolved with computer generated message and irrelevant links.
Been about 60 hours since I claimed. The following is the ticket I just resubmitted:
I participated in the Twitch Drop for the Feldrake on 11/28 6pm EST. Watched Asmongold who had Drops Enabled for four hours, and redeemed the Drop at 10:17pm EST same night.
It has been 60 hours since I claimed the mount on Twitch, and it still has not been gifted to my Battle Net account.
My steps I took:
- Logged into Battle Net and connected Twitch account to Battle Net.
- Confirmed connection to Battle Net on Twitch Connections.
- Watched Asmongold for four hours.
- Saw 100% drop progress, redeemed Feldrake drop in Drops & Inventory Twitch page.
- Saw Feldrake move to Claimed, with a checkmark under the mount image, in Twitch Drops.
- Hovering over the checkmark says ‘Game account connected.’

Based on forum posts, this issue is affecting more than just myself. Folks are either receiving the mount in seconds, or not at all.

This happened to me exactly with the pet. Actually made me a good bit mad considering I stick up for CS having directly worked with those types of folks in much of my career and know how bad they get it and for how little they are generally paid to deal with us…but it is completely unjustifiable, in my opinion, to just closing a ticket and making it as resolved and unable to be reopened without speaking with the person or making it clear the issue can’t be fixed and whatnot. I have 0 problems with them sending out the “see if these common issue tips work and if so, mark your ticket as resolved otherwise we’ll get to you as quick as we can”.
Anyway, soap box aside, it’s a waiting game. I literally got the pet on Saturday after nearly a week of claiming it from twitch. My friend got his instantly. The fel drake came “instantly” this time too (or at least was there when I claimed it in the morning but didn’t login to WoW until the afternoon/evening).

Also if u changed your twitch pw at any time before the event the connection between blizzard/twitch was no longer connected

Same here. Got the kite no issue. No Felrake though. Definitely not new to Twitch drop campaigns.
Dang straight still havent gotten mine and I did everything blizz asked me to fo as far as trouble shooting
Yep same so i did it again and now ive gotta wait to link a second twitch account
In the same boat here. ~ 50 hours since claiming. Feldrake doesn’t show up at all in my mount collections tab. Cannot search for it either.

I think I saw a random wowhead comment from 2016 saying Blizz randomly removed the Feldrake from the collection list if you don’t have it. Had me confused at first too thinking maybe an add-on was hiding it or something, but had the same issue with all add-ons disabled.

Right! I will likely only use it on random but I’m driven - once I start a process, I need to see success.
