How did you do this?
Create a new email and use it to register a new twitch account, watch 4 hrs, get mount.
and you did this on the same battle net account you originally never received the mount on? so unlink current twitch connection, create new twitch and then link that one? no cool off period etc?
No. I made a new wow account and a new Twitch account to see how long it would take to get the mount. I got it within an hour of claiming it on Twitch. Meanwhile, my other wow account, which claimed it in the first four hours, still hasn’t received the drop.
oh ok ty for info! But ultimately its only on that other account… I will do the same but this sucks

If there’s a 7 day window to swap Twitch accounts, then you have enough time if you want to link a brand new Twitch account. Just wait a day before you claim the drop and it should work.
Or wait for the hotfix they’re working on.

and just mentioned in the subject that it was about the Feldrake Mount

I’m also in the same page my open ticket was not rude, afraid It could have been better worded. Though I’m relieved there is some issues and its just not something like oh we don’t see an issue, you didn’t claim etc. So there is hope!

I made a post but I’ll post it here as well, I found a fix if you did not receive your Feldrake. This will only work if the twitch account you have linked to your battle.net has been linked longer than 7 days. You will have to make a new twitch account and link this new account and rewatch your 4 hours and claim your Feldrake. (If your previous twitch was connected longer than 7 days it is SAFE to switch it and you will not have to wait that 7 day waiting period for this new account) I just did it and it worked and I got my Feldrake as soon as I logged in.

Wonder if this would work for those that removed and reconnected the same account they already had linked?
I tried that with no luck sadly.

I search feldrake in the mount tab period and it isn’t showing up. I’m guessing that it’s there it’s just not showing.
Been two days for me, still no fel drake

I also haven’t received the mount and the pet. The mount is 2 days and the pet is 14 days already
I did this but I didn’t link to my wow account. I got the mount instantly on an alt account that I’ll never use.
In that case you should open a ticket. The mount i could somehow somewhere excuse if their servers are loaded or whatever. 14 for the pet however are flat out overkill. You have “requested” the mounts on Twitch after filling the timer and not just watched for the required time tho right?
No. You don’t own it. You have to click on the gift box to unlock it. If you haven’t done that, it’s not on your account.
