I turn them in but they don’t show up in my pane . No hope of ever getting these memories again. my game is ruined.
By turning them in, you do mean just right-clicking the Memory item itself, correct?
Have you done a full UI reset (as detailed in Support article linked below) to rule out a misbehaving addon or corrupted UI?

yes I right click them and they disappear from my inventory never to be seen or heard from again.
what good is resetting my interface gonna do me to get back my memories!
Your memories are there sometimes a corrupted UI can cause this kinda mischief we wont know till u try it troubleshooting 101.

To rule out whether an issue with the game or UI is preventing you from seeing them in the pane.
Do you recall the names of the ones you should have in your pane?
Also, check your filters in the Powers pane. Make sure it is set to either ALL or AVAILABLE.
Also, check to ensure you are viewing the correct class / spec.

And just to be sure, you’re looking in the right place for them? Sometimes the simplest things are too easily overlooked.
Hit Shift + J to open your Adventurer Panel. The tab to the far right is where your powers are.
If you’re trying to make a new legendary and the power you want isn’t pulling up, are you sure you’ve got the correct armor piece to go with that particular power?

no the memory is grey and I reset the ui
Does the Memory show as grey in the Powers pane (from pics linked above) OR does it show as grey when you are attempting to make a legendary item?
Are you looking at greyed out Memories for a different spec than your current one?

You appear to be confused or misremembering. Looking over your ticket, you mention “Perpetual Agony of Azj’Aqir” which is an ability granted by the Memory: Memory of Azj’Aqir’s Agony
Your character never obtained this memory.
Over the past couple of days, you have acquired and “learned” the following:
- Memory of the Ymirjar, which grants Odr, Shawl of the Ymirjar
- Memory of a Malefic Wrath, which grants Malefic Wrath
- Memory of Demonic Synergy, which grants Relic of Demonic Synergy
- Memory of Azj’Aqir’s Cinders, which grants Cinders of the Azj’Aqir
All of the powers from the above listed memories I have confirmed are available to your Warlock from their Adventure Journal.
Apologies for the confusion! You should be ok to close the open ticket you have now. You can do that from your Case History page.
