Hello! I timed Siege of Bolarus +10 today and got my achievement, however, I don’t have the portal.
I’ve created a ticket, submittings screenshots and everything, but I get the same copy/past response saying that ‘something changed’ and I have to time it again.
I know there was an update to the dungeon back in november, but this was accomplished TODAY
The GM are not reading what I put on the ticket and they are just spamming the same copy/paste without making any sense. No solution given.

I reckon probably because they don’t currently have one. You can check the Bug Report forum and see if there are any existing threads about it for this season, probably end up creating one if not.
I would recommend seeing what happens tomorrow after server weekly reset before trying a GM again.
How do you access your teleports? Is it from the spell book? It will be under Battle for Azeroth or whatever (sorry I didn’t play then so I might have the expansion muddled) not The War Within.
Edit: ok I logged in to check the spell book (I use a weak aura usually). It is in the General Tab >> Hero’s Path: Battle for Azeroth >> Path of the Besieged Harbor
If you can’t see it, type (or make a macro): /cast Path of the Besieged Harbor
I will this in a minute. Another GM teplied my ticket.
4 differents gms replied. 3 of them said I need to time the dungeon again, none of them explained why. 1 of them said he checked and saw that i already had the portal.
Last GM said that if I dont mark this as resolved, I am going to be penalize.
Unfortunately, yes-- there is a threshold where tickets reach a point they consider GM harassment, particularly when the end result has remained the same.
I mentioned it above and you may not have seen it, you may just have to wait until maintenance is finished tomorrow and see if that helps. If it isn’t there after that, you very well may just have to time it again. The GMs won’t necessarily have a reason for why other than it just being bugged, but they cannot see the code to make that determination.
I understand, but if they dont tell me whats going on, why doing it again will fix it? How do I know that this wont happen again?
They keep mentioning the update the dungeon got months ago and how people got the achievement as rollback but not the portal. But I timed it for the fist time today and I got the achievement today.
It’s rare that bugs are consistent like that in most cases. Sometimes that’s just the nature of the beast. Software coding can routinely be a fickle mistress.
Doing something again often just yields the desired result game-wide and makes the instance that it doesn’t happen a true anomaly.
It would be much better for Blizzard and players alike if there were more instances of this happening right now, versus just your sole thread at this point. More affectations mean more datapoints to dive into, and likelier a bigger, more widespread issue, which in turn makes it a bigger needle to fish out of that haystack.
What Jeysca said - check that first. You may be looking in the wrong place.
A visual bug means your client on your computer is not displaying the information. The good news is you DO have the spell and it does work. You just can’t see it. GMs can’t do anything for you at this point. They can’t fix your UI, and if it is a bug they would only be able to tell you to report it as a bug on the Bug Report forum or in-game.
The UI reset then rebooting and starting the game again is the most basic troubleshooting but you said you did that.
Double check you did exactly what it says, not just turning off your addons in the UI.
If that did not help you can wait and see if the update tomorrow on server restart does.
The work around in the mean time is to make a macro using the in-game macro maker and put that on one of your action bars.
The line you typed in chat to use the spell is exactly what goes in the macro box.
