Not getting Battle.net Gift or Email

I have been trying to buy Dragon Flight for a couple of months now. I keep getting payment errors. Support told me to clear my browser cache, try a different browser and so on. I did but to no avail. I decided to send my friend money so they can gift me the expansion. They sent it but I have not seen an email or anything. Her card was charged and there is an order number.

The senders region is Canada and my region is also Canada however I am currently in the Philippines visiting family. I think maybe somehow that is the issue but I was able to buy a subscription from here back in October but now it seems my account is blacklisted or stuck in some region purgatory. My region still says Canada in my profile. I’m completely stumped. Any thoughts?

Double check that it was actually charged and isn’t just a pre-authorization to earmark the funds for official transfer.

All purchases can take up to a full 24 hours to clear.

You might also inquire with your friend whether the purchase order is complete or queued.

Have your friend check their Transaction History here on the website (link below). See if it says completed or not.

Thank you both. It has not been 24h. I thought that I would receive an email right away. The status is pending.

I will wait the full 24 Hours.
