I’m feeling a distinct lack of joy in my current Cata journeys. I feel like we should do something about that, maybe give us a buff that increases our joy?
We could call it Joyous Journeys or something like that. I don’t know, just spitballin’ ideas here.
Is Blizzard anti-Joy? If you are anti-joy then you are pro-misery. WHICH SIDE ARE YOU ON, BLIZZARD?
Just give us Era Servers for TBC and Wrath. No need to feel miserable in Cata when we could have fun levelling in the Era servers.
It would bring joy to my many alts that I would level.
Quit the game if u need a 50% buff just to go up 5 lvls especially with guild heirlooms working.
Just with rested exp i went from 80 to 83 in less than 12 hours with no heirlooms.
Also exp to go from 1 to 80 was nerfed you can literally get to 80 in howling fjord or the tundra.
u can always go to retail n max in abt 4-6hrs or pay lol
Leveling for me was really fun, did 1-85 on this paladin and it was a blast. Although I enjoy questing and seeing all the new quests!
Guess what. Head and back heirlooms are 1-85 now. Enjoy your 15% buff.
No one wanted to lvl in wrath without joyous journey.
I did, and always disbled the buff - so the statement is disproved.
na they want you to buy a boost then buy tokens to get the gold you need to level professions

I cannot lie. 84 to 85 had me go are we there yet? A lot, on first run. The 2nd 85 run should be there tomorrow. I know the drag comes.
I have the exact opposite opinion of most of the people here. I wish there were no xp buffs at all. I’d like vanilla and all the previous expansions to have the same xp and difficulty as when they were the main game. No JJ, no heirlooms, no changes to the previous expansions.
There has never been a single buff buff in the game that you have ever been forced to use. Outside of leveling curve adjustments, all xp buffs have been optional.
There is no need for either side of the JJ debate to suggest that their preferred playstyle must be forced onto the other when it’s an entirely optional buff.

The Guild levelling buff is now forced on all of the players.
Guilds are optional. You can argue otherwise, but no one is forcing you into being guilded.

interesting, I thought that was a guild perk. I want to argue that is effectively a leveling curve adjustment the way its blanket applied to everything, but I will refrain.

I leveled from 80-85 entirely healing dungeons, I never stepped foot in a Cata zone lul, I’ve been parked in Dal/Org since pre patch.
