BFA was way worse than Shadowlands in terms of mandatory stuff to earn. This expansion only requires players to grind reknown and Torghast. That’s it. You can do both of these in one sitting per week. BFA was nearly a full time with a literal list of stuff players had to do.

It’s not catered to me. I want to play and have fun but honestly it feels miserable. Everything system wise is just annoying from the world quest to Torghast to the maw. Dungeons are ok but I need gear somehow and without the other stuff I won’t get anywhere that is clear.

If those things are annoying then Shadowlands is probably not for you. Have you tried PVP?

You might be telling the truth, but I have a hard time believing this. 2 jobs and 3 kids to look after? The amount of time the expansion has been out for, I’m just not buying it.
So what, you hit max level and cleared a bunch of m0’s in a week whilst having all those commitments? And I’m guessing you got reeeeeal lucky with RnG in every m0 you ran, got an item off every boss? AND have managed to get into m+ IMMEDIATELY to get that ilvl, with all your commitments?

You do a mythic 0 and get a keystone and use the keystone in a dungeon

TupacShakur is a good troll 6/10 it’s low though because he’s too on the nose.
I have a guild that helped carry me through M+ and the new raid, I was only 160 iLevel at the start of the week but I told them not to invite people my iLevel so I can get better upgrades. The game really isn’t that hard to get geared in, you just need to find a good guild.
That still doesn’t explain how you’ve managed to miracle yourself to 195 ilvl in less than a week, with RnG being an even heavier feature in this expansion and lower drop rates.
I’m still not buying it tbh

I’m sorry but you might’ve just not had a good guild, all my guildies work in the same office as me and they had no issues giving me the upgrades seeing as I needed them more. I hope you find some compassionate people to play with sometime in WoW, it can really change your gameplay!
That guy has been on the forums for the last 14 hours spewing that story. I really don’t think I believe him now. Pretty crazy forum presence for someone who is stomping the game, spending 14 hours on the forums and winning life by spawning 3 more humans.

I’m just giving up on most of the world quests. I’ll just do the emissaries, renown, Torghast (each wing just once), and weekly Maw quests. And maybe the daily Maw quests and chests on my main.
And that is still a lot tbh.
I started out doing every WQ. Then it was too much and I thought I’d just for anima and conduits. Then just anima. Now just the emissary. Otherwise it’s impossible to play alts.

I don’t know–doesn’t seem too bad to me. I’ve been done with stuff on my Druid for a couple days now including half of Nathria. I have been neglecting the Maw because I don’t really see any reason to go there.
It’s really not as bad as people are making it out to be.
Sockets for your gear. That’s probably the best reason, but if you don’t care then yea w/e.
