Insane theory brought on by way too much sugar, caffeine and the tinfoil hat: They are actually going to give us the #2 or #3 mount in the poll and the #1 will be put in the store (or as part of some year long grind to help us stay subscribed).

Or, they give us the winning one because they have to because that could get them in trouble because of contest rules.

But, they are already making them all and the other four will be the next free six month sub/store mounts…

This game is a multi-million player base. i think we can do better than 95k votes.
i think we should pin it to the launcher. allot of players don’t really go to the forums.

This proves how few players actually use the forum. So when people think the “masses” want something just because the forum is group-think and wants to bash the game and Blizzard, this only proves their voices are only a small minority.

If it is the goocat or the caterpillar this will be the case for me. Swarmer will be in rotation for my forsaken and death knights. The ancient will be for druids, night elfs and oddly enough a goblin and the tome will be mages.

I’m getting a +1 to mount collection so no matter what wins it is fine. I’d just rather not the goocat or the caterpillar.

Just shows how much lack of enthusiasm there is for Shadowlands because the devs refuse to #PulltheRipCord on covenants. Players already know Blizzard is not listening so the normal hype is missing here in the lead up to a new expansion.

A lot of people genuinely don’t know it exist.

They only advertised on the forums and twitter. And a vast minority of players are even checking either of those for Warcraft news.

Only if you scroll down though. I never do. I don’t use the launcher to read news. Even though I visit this site almost daily, I didn’t know about voting until I visited WOWHEAD.

Well everyone is different. But there really isn’t anymore they can do. It’s on the launcher, the forums and social media. If people can’t look it up there or on Wowhead, maybe they should enable push notifications. It’s kind of a self inflicted problem at that point.
