I cannot buy a token from auction house and when i contacted the gm they said i need to buy game time with real money and after 26 days i`ll be able to buy a token. I have been buying token since they were introduced and now i am stuck without the new expansion and especially beta access which is important to me.
I am sorry, but the GM is correct. They changed the policy somewhat recently so it now requires that you spend real money at least once since 2017.
I am afraid if you don’t meet the requirements in place, you will be unable to buy a token to use for your Bnet Balance and expansion purchase.

So i wont be able to buy the expansion and get beta access for a month. This seems pretty unfair tbh.
How is it unfair? You can buy the expansion at any time with actual money just like everyone has done for years and years. If you wish to use a token, which unfortunately had been abused and needed to have some restrictions placed on it, you will need to buy game time and wait. However that doesn’t prevent you from buying the expansion right now if you really want to.

Waiting 30 days before i can use a token is a really long time. I am not gonna use money when i got gold in the bank. Thanks for the suggestion tho.
If you ever want to use a token again, you will have to. Buy a month’s sub out of pocket and you’re set to use tokens again.

I did right now bought a monthly sub but it didnt reflect anywhere. How much time does it take usually to reflect?
What does it show under Transaction History in Account Management page here on website?

But to expand upon Leilleath’s post, that paid game time must be consumed before you will be eligible to purchase Tokens again.
So if you currently have game time from past Tokens, that will have to used up first, then the paid game time will start being used.

Ahh so you are saying the sub time will show when my 16 days on the token expire. “A World of Warcraft® Subscription - 1 Month has been added to your World of Warcraft account in the Americas & Oceania region. Once any existing game time on your account runs out, you will be billed $14.99 every month” is the message i got in my email. It also charged me 15 dollars but not showing the transaction anywhere.

And to expand on this, the expansion has been available to pre-purchase since November. This is why you should never wait until the last minute.
Correct. Once you pay for a month, and that month is fully consumed, then you will be able to purchase tokens and add the balance to your account.

I got a notification from the card company that the transaction was cancelled and refunded by the merchant. I still have the 16 days from token. I guess the sub is setup but the charge will come when the game time runs out.
