Blizzard doesn’t “ban” from using the store. Earlier there was some issues with the store, not sure if they was resolved.

That just isn’t an error message I’m familiar with. So you buy cards and use the code? Where were they purchased?

What kind of code is it? 60 day game time code? Where did you buy it from? You might need to go back to them for a refund.

here what gonna happen since. I still have the little paper were it was written ACTIVATED no refund. Am just gonna retry when i dont have any more game time and if it does not work i will never play this game again.

In addition to Perls question, I’d also make sure that the code you purchased is for the correct region. Given your location, I know it may be easy to acquire both NA and EU region products.
Since you do not have an EU region WOW account, if you happen to have purchased EU region time then you would not be able to use it on your WOW account.

Does the card show ESRB or PEGI, these are the different game rating systems for content, The cards I use to buy show the rating before I switched to prepaid time codes from the game store for gifting. ESRB means it will work with the US region, PEGI is the EU.
