Is expecting a bit of innovation really too much? It is a really sad state of affairs that they can’t even make a post stating what direction they are leaning towards as well as what type of ideas they are entertaining.
I’m just saying that it’s a tricky thing to address long-term. Like, if they add a mount for winning 100 rounds as healer then that’s a bit of a temporary fix but doesn’t truly change what’s unappealing about healing shuffle.
Honestly, at this point, it should be pretty clear that there won’t be a silver bullet solution that will fix it all. Even a temporary solution is better than no solution. When the novelty wears out, introduce another one. the absolute WORST thing they can do is nothing, and that is exactly what they are doing… Absolutely nothing…
I would say the worst thing they can do is give in to a situation where a minority player base can threaten the company to get their way.
No communication is the blizzard standard. Buckling to “Give it to me or I quit.” is a slippery slope to the death of the game as a whole.
Give them a holy broom mount for 1000 rounds as heals.
After seeing what happened with the Trading Post, maybe we’re better off if Blizzard doesn’t try to change anything.

Maybe x amount of healer games gives some sort of account wide dps priority queue.
Maybe I could help you click the “arenas” button at the top, and look at the spammed threads by people insisting they’re going to quit if they’re not given more more more for playing the same game as everyone else.
When your first response is the nuclear option, nobody takes you seriously. There’s no communication necessary because the immediate threat of “GIVE OR I QUIT” is on the table… and that’s not a healthy environment anyone wants to participate in.
The reality of what’ll happen is the forced deprecation of the healer role in RSS. They’ll just let people play without you, and your queues will be the same as theirs.
I’m sorry. You do not deserve anything special for playing healer. They have already given you overloaded toolkits to set you up for borderline infinite survive.
If they make the incentives to big people will just afk bot queue.

What I don’t understand is what they did to holy pally this patch. Very strange choice to make melee wings cost 5 holy power and nerfing reckoning when holy pally was already underperforming in a healer drought.
