Can’t use my Northrend rep tabards in Cataclysm dungeons, which is annoying. It does not work in normal Northrend dungeons, either. SO… am I right in assuming I am limited to questing, dailies and Heroic Northrend dungeons for my Northrend reputations?
Also… do you get justice points for Northrend heroics?

I’m afraid so, as Tabards specify it needs to be level 80 dungeons.
Daily quests are your go to.
Going into MoP, especially with some T14 gera, I’d expect you’d be able to solo all Wrath Heroic dungeons with your eyes closed.
Alternatively, I can’t remember, but do vendors still sell reputation badges? For Justice, perhaps? I Haven’t gone back to Dalaran since Cata release lol.

Have you tried heroics? they are level 80 minimal iirc
I’ve not tested all classes but the few I’ve tried even the baseline latest pvp gear runs them okay. You won’t be pulling half of room at once. But smaller pulls and slow and steady win the race usually.
I’d assume current PvE gear would do better.

Jfi, there are also Level 80 dungeons that are not heroics, notably the ICC and ToC dungeons.
Only at Level 80. Once you hit 81 you no longer gain JP from Northrend content.
