The Wintergrasp elder isn’t located where he’s supposed to be in Wintergrasp. has anyone found him? or is it bugged?

I can confirm that Elder Whatevercow is most definitely present in Booty Bay on Grobbulus as of 14:30 (Pacific) .

  • He’s on the roof of the bank.
