I’ve been playing on pvp servers my entire life but the classic servers are much more toxic than I ever remember wow being.
I think I’m gonna play on the normal server this time so I don’t get killed every bar of exp and camped for two hours… that’s just me.

I never play on a PVP server for this reason but my guild decided to play on a PVP server and I hate it. I just wanna quest and lvl. It’s no one’s fault I get ganked since I’m on PVP and want to play with my guild but Might pick a PVE server just to lvl lol.
I think that if you are a hardcore player (no full time job) and you can manage to keep up with the top players a pvp server experience at this day in age will be awesome for you. But if you have a lot to balance irl, it’s best to be on a normal server.
Its actually less toxic from my PoV.
Then again though, I played on ED from wotlk-shadowlands and was an avid enjoyer of the ED forums especially during MoP-Legion era.
Guess I’m just used to much worse.

I had a lot of fun fighting in STV in Vanilla, but I eventually got tired of being ganked by lvl 60s.
