I only turn down platers that contain mushrooms.

Don’t feel bad. A lot of us experienced players get declined for raids and M+ all the time. I do a lot, since my class is well below the meta choices. However, with some luck and dedication, I finally got AotC for Castle Nathria.

LOL some of my characters get turned down for WQ raids. I guess you have to be really elite to be in some groups these days… even WQ groups.

In what world does the “leader” lead. The tank is always leader doesnt matter what anyone else says in the group.

This I’ll say never do ,don’t ever pass lead to anyone if you form a group, unless you want to be kicked.

I was new to WoW. I was only turned down a handful of times. But speaking as a new player to WoW-- the endgame sucks literally I have no desire to sprint through dungeons and spam buttons. I enjoyed the RPG when I was leveling and doing solo grinds and Heroic dungeons.

Raiding was kinda boring too. Wipe Wipe Wipe. Beat 2 bosses and try again. Nah.

The game is too easy to get to endgame and the endgame is complete trash.

its because youre trying to cut corners short.

work your way up from ground level progressively, slowly, like everyone else did

we all had 0 IO at some point.

Yeah, being turned down doesn’t always mean they were better. Sometimes they’re just faster. Now, being turned down with an insulting whisper is another matter, but you gotta accept rejection in a game like this.

I think the question is

Is WoW a fun game for new players?

the answer is no.

There are better games out there. MMOs in the current state are in my view are a waste of time. Single player/Co-Op games are more rewarding to play.

So did I,loved it leveling up but lately I just don’t want the trouble in going through the same, or more, problem all over again. It was inspiring to complete it and rewarding but now with nothing < so many times since BFA ,nah.

Once you hit 60 WoW becomes a flaming garbage game. Players claim that’s where the real game begins, but honestly once you get there and see what they call the real game, you realize there’s like a million other games out there that a better.

I start my own group every time. As a dps/healer/tank (depending on what I’m playing and how I’m feeling that day) and it feels pretty fast. Yea there are times you have to wait abit for a tank or a healer. But to say it never fills is just a flat out lie unless you put in some unrealistic request.

Well you want people to learn then there’s your chance. Trial by fire. Expecting experience people to carry you and cry if they dont is the biggest issue we have right now. You guys are being too petty about it.

Nah only people who dont want to be carried look up guides. You know the people who refuse to carry your sorry backside!

To me it’s the complete package ,rpg is part of the adventure and should be the backbone of any mmo ,the dungeon, raids are part but not an rpg it’s mmo that just adds a little spice to the food.

Issue is that the dungeon and raids are now the backbone of the game spiced with a little bit of RPG.

If Smite made a PvE Minion/NPC Boss only mode and you needed certain heroes to accomplish the game–you would have WoW with less commands.

It’s fine to look up metas and info but don’t totally rely on these folks to give you full info .Most of it you’ll find out on your own.

You seem not to like MMORPGs.

Thats understandable.

I don’t like single player games.

Maybe you should play a game you like.

Or waste your time whining on the forums about something you don’t like without ever offering any worthwhile feedback. You do you.

The people that rely on “learning WoW on their own” tend to be the people not pushing harder content. :man_shrugging:

I was referring to spells and abilities ,sure they do just not purely set on the exacted methods ,if we’re all robotic would that make the game more enjoyable and if it is then we lost that inspiration to play.

Spells and abilities aren’t generally what people are looking up for mythic+.

If someone is unsure how their spells and abilities work, at the base level, they are not ready to push mythic+.

“Metas”, guides, info, are typically a bit more advanced in preparing someone for m+.
