Did I say mythic+? I mean as in general wow play. Raids and mythic are total different niche to play by. Noobs ,wouldnât know the totality of that til later on when they gather more experience through the dungeons. I wouldnât suggest people doing them til they have some in heroic.
I feel a lot of the problem is people donât wanna do the steps ⌠they wanna be ilvl 190 and jump into mythic 10 etc . You do 2s 3s and 4s get the gear then go 5,6,7 you donât jump from 2 to 10 it takes time and patience

I pretty much anticipate rejection⌠So I only random queue on my tank/healer for keys if I want to do them⌠Cause people always want one of those⌠Havent touched raiding yet this expansion⌠If I want to key on one of my DPS I will queue with my friends tank or healer⌠We bring each others dps along to avoid long waits/rejection
My apologies that in a thread about mythic+ that I thought we were talking about mythic+.
Specifically in a line of conversation based on mythic+, I did not realize you changed the topic.

Dear new people, this is how you do it: Make the group in the premade finder, once you have your 4 other people announce in group âNever been here before, can someone lead the way?â people may leave, replace them who cares, then someone will take charge and lead the way 
worst case, someone says something cancerous to you, if it contains something reportable then report it, if not then put them on ignore

Doesnât that make it more fun? Turning it into uptight paranoid regiments is worse then natural, cautious, mayhem. Back in the day, we would just March into a dungeon and learn the real wayâŚrather then video primers and written guides

We were talking about noobs entering mythics and raids this still applies. As I said above .Not all noobs know what they are getting into unless they have completed at least heroic and just because there is a suggested standard on metas these would change when blizzard so chooses too.In the case the metas whine up wrong.
