I tried asking chatGPT and it didn’t have the answer. My monk isn’t level 70 yet and I’m already mentally theorycrafting but don’t have this answer. If a rogue is attacking you while using evasion or cloak of shadows and you use fists of fury with the turbo fists pvp talent, will you still have a chance to parry 90% of his attacks? Or do those fists of fury attacks have to land on your enemy in order for the 90% parry chance to work?
They don’t need to land on your enemy as long as you facing him and not stunned and he not behind you you’re good

There’s your first problem, asking a robot designed to regurgitate common information about a niche aspect of a 20-year-old videogame.
You still parry, but your Fists of Fury don’t hit or slow into Evasion or Cloakvasion (Veil of Midnight). Fists of Fury does not parry attacks from behind however, so watch for Shadowstep.
Also Cheap Shot goes right through it.
