I think if your character is in a RWF guild, then your drop rates for the legendary are significantly higher.

adding 0.001% drop rate per kill would technically mean it exists, but still a lie. No one has any numbers for it other than “we trust blizz.”

i also said the message was false, and thatt there was no way possible that many people were actually completing it. I do not think the BLP is real at all, and the emotes are fake.

There’s nothing wrong, its RNG…it could be 99% drop rate that you can be the 1% that doesn’t get it.

That’s why there’s always post about bad luck protection for items with RNG cosmetics or player power because it’s just like pulling a slot machine.
