I use recount, it’s great for evaluating heals so i can see how much mana i am wasting on overheals and reevaluate my healing to be more mana efficient.
Also good for evaluating rotations for damage etc.
I also use weakauras, because i have trouble seeing the combo markers on mobs, so i made a custom combo display i can see easier, and a more noticeable thing for nature.
I also use Z-Perl for better party/raid layout and info displays
Cause seeing quickly who needs heals or is cursed or poisoned and stuff is a little important.
I use carbonite map, because i like the map detail better and i can also mark things and make notes on the map, i have tons of notes.
And i have AtlasLoot so i can plan instances by gear importance and such.
And, gasp i am so bad, i have auctioneer, so i can sort through the auction listings so i can see the real auctions and not the 500 1c bid 20g buyout ones that spam the 1st pages.

OMG!! i use @mouseover heal macros too, lots of them, even combo heals.
Is there a macros anonymous hall here?
