This is exactly the problem with stupidly low chance to drop items. At some point people stop giving a crap and stop participating. The problem for a company like blizz is that at some point people realize just how much of the game they have noped out of and nope out of the game as a whole.

Nope. Not doing it.
Sad part is, Love is in the Air was a step in the right direction with the way they put the new items on the vendor for high prices. It took the entire event to get them. I still have things to buy next year, too. And that’s great.
I just refused to run the dungeon boss unless a friend needed help.
these mofos never learn, this crap isnt conducive to a good player experience, they want things to be alt friendly then they make it one hyped up chance per day. Why cant i just farm eggs for the mount or skin?

Pretty sure they could make an event that had a RNG chance to drop a mount/mog if you tazed yourself once a day and people would still do it.

Part of the event, some players refer to the fact that the saddle was added with a really low drop, after several threads about how Arfues and Saddle drop rates were really bad in the Hallow´s end event, that was even mentioned in the C.C chat.

Sadly when it comes to the holiday events and drops, the devs have time and again, shown they don’t give a damn about the players trying to collect things and know they’re the abuser in our relationship and we’re too beaten down to run away.

i’ve been doing the SM event since the first year, and if they hadn’t botched the drop rate during wrath, the vast majority of us would still never have seen the mount.

Disappointed that our dragons get a basket of eggs saddle and another basket in its mouth instead of silly bunny ears on the head.
I was lucky enough to get the Valentine’s Day dragon customization, it came with a helmet for the dragon. Hopefully this one does, too.

stuff like this should be expected to be the norm for world of warcraft. rng holiday rewards and diablo and hearthstone style events are what are going to hold the game together and we should welcome them
