So I bought the virtual ticket and I immediately got the pets but I do not have the transmog set. I have logged out several times, disabled all addons and everything, it’s not there. Any ideas?
Did you check in the Transmog tab?

Yes, it’s not there. It’s not anywhere, nothing in my mailbox, nothing in my bags, nothing in my appearances tab, just nothing 
Make sure your “Sources” filters are checked.
Double checked and everything is selected
Is there a hidden race/faction requirement for them?
I am having the same problem. i bought the ticket from the Blizz site and not in game if that helps. Also i can not unpack the pets.
I have an addon called rematch that I had to temporarily disable to unwrap the pets (which I tried disabling all addons when the xmog didn’t show up)

Yup that worked . just turned off Rematch.

Hey folks!
As others here suggested, we do want to start with the usual troubleshooting -
- Double check your transmog collection for any filters
- Reset your interface to default
We’re also aware that there might be a delay in delivery for some folks. There are a lot of items being delivered right now, so it can get a bit backed up until we get through the initial wave of purchases. So if troubleshooting doesn’t work, sit tight

I also haven’t gotten mine. Checked all filters on my transmog collection. Tried logging in/out and tried logging to different characters.
I’ll wait it out and see. I’d love to be a yeti for tonight’s raid.

I have not received my Wendigo outfit despite having received my battle pets, I don’t know how long I’d have to wait, but I’ve waited just over 2 hours. Do I need to open a ticket?
If you have your pets, you should also have the outfit. The easiest way to see it is if you check under sets.
Do you use the Rematch addon? Earlier reports indicated that was causing an issue for some folks. If you don’t, and you don’t see it at all and have double checked the filters in your transmog window, please try resetting your User Interface.

I’ve disabled all my addons, relogged several times and still do not have the outfit… I’ve got my pets and have had no real issues getting them (after disabling Rematch that is). Double checked my filters several times and still do not see it.
Disabling your add-ons is not a UI reset

Try a full UI reset not just disabling addons https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549 this is a better solution.

I’ve performed a full UI reset and still have my pets but no transmog.
You have the outfit, I can see it in your collection. That you can’t see it is odd. I even checked myself and I can’t see it in your collection while in-game, but I do see it internally.
I’ll see if we’re seeing other similar reports and see that it is being looked into.
You don’t need to submit a ticket, as I said, if you have the pets you have the outfit. Any resolution for those who can’t currently see it will be on our side and a GM likely wouldn’t be able to help.

I use deafult UI besides raid addons, even disabled them and the appearance not showing for me either. I have the pets but no appearance. Tried clearing cache etc. hopefully it will show up soon!
So far there seems to just be a delay for the Wendigo outfit to show up. It is showing as part of the collection internally, but we’re seeing a several hour delay for a lot of folks. The overall issue is still being looked into, but we think it should show up within 24 hours of purchase.
