No timewalking 500 token at end of dungeon

I see, so it is just you mistaking your opinion for facts.

2 years ago I received the quest item “Fel Sinew Bag” through a ticket when it failed to drop from “Viz’aduum”. So yes, these things can get resolved through a ticket, which is why we enter them.

This is a dumb take… the more people that address the issue, the more of an issue it becomes, and the more attention it gets. People should continue to post about it until something is said and they make it clear that they are aware of the issue.

Its not exactly a “take”. Its how Blizzard does things. Posting about it is fine, clogging the ticket system is pointless. They also dont like to communicate things, so youre either going to get a hotfix by Friday night or they are going to ignore the issue. Im just telling you guys how it works.

You’re probably right that they just have to reset the counter on whether or not you’re eligible for the drop. It’s a very simple back end fix really. The problem lies in making it a priority for us, if their team cared about something like this right now or not. It might seem trivial, but the point is that it’s our time as the players and we’re being denied something that we’ve earned. Definite FeelsBadMan. That’s at least why I put a ticket in, to at least try to make them aware of the issue.

Any tickets I’ve ever personally put in during the past have always received a GM response within 24 hours or less. It just looks bad when we’re all being ignored especially if there’s multiple reports of it. :man_shrugging:

Same here, especially when there has been zero communication from either GMs in game or Blues on the forums that this is a known issue, and even more so when the bug is affecting a limited time event like Timewalking.

Submitted a ticket received a reply.

Said that they received a lot of tickets and are aware of the issue; currently working on it but cannot say when it will be fixed.

Also said they cant just send us the item or badges but eh one more run wont hurt I suppose.

Same here with no drops. My ticket said we are aware and working on it but we will not be giving out items. So my best guess is IF they do something it will be a reset.

I finally got a response to the ticket that said they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix, but they couldn’t send the item. Hopefully they get it fixed before the end of the week. This is the last WoD Timewalking for quite awhile and I really don’t want to wait months to buy the last mount.

I came here to say that I was also having this issue, a ticket indicated that this was a known issue - fingers crossed it gets fixed MAYBE this week lol?

Yep, same here, though 2 people in the group did get it. I ran the script to see if I had done the quest and it came back “true”, which isn’t true at all :slight_smile:

Possible theory. Did anyone who not got the quest item start the quest via the adventure guide or via the npc?

I can see that you seem to be having an issue with the Shimmering Timewarped Crystal.

Sorry for the delay in answering your ticket but we do have a rather large queue at the moment, what with the amount of people contacting us recently.

I am sorry to hear that this had happened to you as its never a nice situation to be in when you end up not getting the crystal from your Timewalking run.

I’ve investigated this for you now and the issue has been passed onto the developers at the moment who are looking into the cause and hopefully a fix for it as it does appear to be happening to quite a few people.

As much as we would love to be able to, we wouldn’t be able to give out a Crystal, as due to the issue at hand, you wouldn’t be able to turn it in either way until the matter is addressed so hopefully they can get something sorted soon.

If you haven’t already, the best thing to do is to use the in game feature to report this one so that they can get a bit more information on it. If you open the support section in game, there is a “report bug” icon that you can click and send it to us and the developers can look into it further with the data that is automatically created from your report as they would need that type of info to be able to find the cause and fix it from there.

Got basically the same reply from Blizzard for my ticket about this issue. Telling me to check the forums or twitter.

Which is funny because from what I can tell, there hasn’t been a single blue post acknowledging this issue nor any tweet about it. Maybe if they actually commented something, people wouldn’t need to put in tickets?

Spoiler alert: will be fixed when the TW week is over.

I will be furious as I am just 500 short of getting my last TW mount, which is a WoD one. I would really like this to be fixed soon so I don’t have to either grind out a bunch of dungeons or wait til WoD is up again.

Same situation.

Assuming Blizz handles their internal CS similar to the company I work for - Tickets lead to trends, which lead to reporting and case volume. Case volume leads to more eyes on the issue which leads to resolution.

OR at the very last a customer facing comment.

The issue isn’t resolved by the self service articles provided by Blizzard, therefore a ticket is warranted.

I received the exact same response word for word.

I really hope they’re planning to hotfix this before the event ends. I timed everything perfectly to reach 10k badges in order to buy both mounts from the vendor. I almost feel pressured now to try and run a bunch of the dungeons, which I really don’t want to do as the queues for dps suck. A part of me just doesn’t trust Blizzard to fix this issue in time, but I hope I’m wrong on that.

Still glitched. Please fix this before the end of the week, Blizzard.
