I’m sorry, Aldoron, you are incorrect and this really isn’t up for debate. If you intended to say “stuff”, you would have. You said something else and used symbols to block out the lettering because you know exactly what words you were intending to use. That is what masked profanity is.

I’m sorry, but that is generally not something that we can do.

So if you click this link: https://us.battle.net/support/en/help

No page comes up for you?

I get it. When a customer’s tensions are elevated from frustration, having people comment in similar tone elevates OPs frustration. I’ve seen a few deleted posts in the few minutes I’ve had this tab open.

Blizzard is not going to contact you privately from you posting here on the forums. You stated you know how the forums work. Then you should know this. The forums are not a point of contact with blizzard support. As for the website? I can even access it on my phone. I’m laying in bed now doing so.

Doesn’t matter. Masking profanity is not allowed whether the forums or game censors it or you just type random letters to make it seem like profanity. It is against the rules all the same.

You don’t know me… Assuming I swear in place of other words is your own assumption. Telling me I would do this or that and stating it directly as fact on a forum is slander. I clicked the link you posted, I do not get anything but page loading.

No it’s not slander. Let’s not try to armchair lawyer these things. Please try turning off your security software. Something is blocking you. Every single one of us can access the support forums. Except you. Therefore the issue lies on your end. Heck try your phone. It works just fine on mine. But you really need to dial back the attitude.

Circles. This is nothing but circles.

What is the issue you’re looking for assistance with since we aren’t getting anywhere with you submitting it via ticket?

If you really need to, you can post it and then edit your post to delete it. Vrak and the others will be able to see what you posted first and take it from there.

Have you tried https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com ? Have you tried an incognito browser? Have you tried a mobile device off of your wi-fi?

Honestly, all of you guys have been great. Very helpful. Not lying. A far cry from the last time I was here. Ive disabled everything and restarted my computer twice. Used several different browsers. No luck.

What is the issue you need help with that you needed to contact CS about?

Aldoron,

Do you happen to be in Texas and use grande communication or cable one as your isp? There is a known issue with those connecting to the shop and ticket systems that can be worked around using a vpn. Trying a vpn is probably a good idea either way at this point.

It isn’t slander, Aldoron. And you are right, I can’t know with absolute certainty what you intended. However, when you use an S and then three asterisks after it, as well as an f with six asterisks after it, within the sentences you did, there are a very limited number of words that it could be, but two very specific ones that fit perfectly. I don’t know you nor do I need to know you to make an educated guess as to what you intended. Most folks would have simply said… “Sorry, I was frustrated…”, and moved on.

Now… As the others have said there is likely something on your system blocking you from reaching our support page. Unfortunately, it is difficult to troubleshoot with such limited information but I’d recommend shutting down any extra programs you may be running or, if that fails, run a selective start up. I’ll link the Support Article but also quote it, just in case you can’t get to that either.

Windows® 10

Before trying the steps below, close unnecessary programs and restart your computer.

Selective Startup

  1. Press Windows Key+R .
  2. Type msconfig and press Enter .
  3. Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items .
  4. Select the Services tab.
  5. Check Hide all Microsoft services .
Note : Skipping this step may prevent your computer from rebooting correctly.
  6. Click Disable all .
  7. Click Apply then click OK .
  8. Click Restart .

Note: Selective Startup may disable firewall and security software. After you are finished testing, reenable your security software.

Identify Problematic System Services

  1. Press Windows Key+R .
  2. Type msconfig and press Enter .
  3. Select the Services tab.
  4. Check Hide all Microsoft services .
Note : Skipping this step may prevent your computer from rebooting correctly.
  5. Click Disable all .
  6. Check the first service and restart your computer.
  7. If the problem doesn’t reoccur, check the next service on the list and restart your computer. Repeat this process until you find the problematic service.

Once you complete the above steps, you can eliminate System Services as the cause of the problem.

Identify Problematic Startup Items

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager.
  2. Click More Details.
  3. Select the Startup tab.
  4. Right-click on each item and select Disable .
  5. Restart the computer.

If this resolves the issue, enable the startup application one at a time to determine which one is causing the problem. You will need to restart between each application you enable.

Note : To re-enable startup applications, follow steps 1-4 and select Enable .

Also excellent advice, depending on the region you may be in.

Thank you for your responses and advice. Although a very thoughtful response, I do not live in Texas. I have tried Vrakhris troubleshooting instructions with no luck. Thank you for taking the time to post by the way. Honestly though, I am paying for this service and was given 20 steps to follow when Blizz can easily just send me an email. If that is to much for them to do, then, as a consumer and purchaser of this product, I have an issue.

Were you able to try another internet connection, like phone tethering, or using a vpn?

At this point you might be better off making a post on the technical support forums if this doesn’t work either.

Yes, you do have an issue. On your end. You pay for access to the game. Support is provided free of charge.

You can try your phone or post your issue here.

Since you’re so reticent to do so, I have a sneaking suspicion that it’s not an issues support can help with.

Update. Blizz couldn’t be bothered to send an email. Instead I am supposed to make my private account with private issues public on a public forum before I can receive any assistance. Luckily for me, I figured out how to solve the issue myself. Here are the steps I followed in order, which can be confirmed by blue. Solved my problem 100%

Wow Launcher > Account Management > Games and Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription… This is what happens when you don’t have time for your paying customers. They stop being paying customers. Piece!

Alright? You were told that they wont contact you because of a forum post so idk what you were expecting.

Did you try the other suggestions people gave?

Good luck with your future endeavors.

Yes, because you refused to help us help you fix the issue so that they could. Wanting someone here to go out of their way to do something that is not their job is extremely selfish.

Enjoy your future endeavors.
