This just happened with me as well. Layer 8 Mort’regar; 0 soul ash.

Same, did The upper Reaches on lvl 8, only looted gold, no soul ash. Even relogged and nothing in my bags.

Exact same issue. Upper Reaches 8 - looted boss, got gold, no ash. Can’t even figure out how to submit a ticket anymore the system has become too complicated and stupid.

same , upper reaches lvl 7, I got the acheivement for doing it for the first time on this alt, (was given the acheivement for completion) , however no soul ash, and no legendary power that drops, and looking back in the que, the layer 7 is not checked off like it is completed.

Just happened to me as well. Did a Layer 8 Mort-Regar and got my Soul Ash. Did a Layer 8 Upper Reaches and only had gold on the last boss. I’m only 80 Soul Ash from upgrading my ring from 190 to 225 >.<

It happened with me too, same conditions, upper reaches 8, looted the final boss, no ash, just gold

same to me as reported in Thorgast did not reward any soul ash - Support / Bug Report - World of Warcraft Forums (blizzard.com)
Logging in and logging out didn’t reward me the ash either like it says on their tool tip. Also says customer service can’t mail it to us. Hoping for the best here.
