I have just runned 8th level of thorgast and got not even 1 soul ash of rewared although I did not die and finnished succesfully. It is probably a bug. My character is Numäel of the server Quel’Thalas.

exact same thing happened to me on my hunter… I ran both wings layer 8s and while I was able to loot the final bosses… one of them dropped a legendary power and nothing else the other one only dropped gold…

same on my druid did both thorgast today and did get any soul ashes my player is sasho-stormerage alliance night elf druid
It is now fixed or should be. But open a ticket so they can tell you. Hey we messed up but we won’t give you, your soul ash. Please rerun the instance if you want soul ash. That was the reply I got on my ticket. Yea great customer support ftards.
