No rewards on vault

Good afternoon,

It has been reported by multiple players that the vault rewards are not available even after completing 3/3, however the GM’s have decided to lock threads instead of actually assisting in this matter.

It is being looked into but its kept in the bug forums where it belongs its getting locked becasue it keeps getting derailed.

the GM’s have decided to lock threads instead of actually assisting in this matter.

1. There are no GMs on the forum.
2. QA handles bugs, not CS or GMs
3. Don’t repost locked threads when the Blue post at the end of the thread says to post in the Bug Report forum.

No rewards in the vault?

Multiple reports of something happening isn’t verification, Blamecanada. I’m sorry if you are misunderstanding how that works. Even in this thread there are at least three different issues being described. Since I’m unable to get the screenshot that I was hoping to pass on I don’t feel leaving this thread open will be productive. Love having no vault rewards at all on all my chars

We’re not ignoring anything, Wonderpumkin, but we need actionable data instead of passive aggressive non-data. Posting in the Bug Report forum with what you are seeing. What troubleshooting steps you have tried. Screenshots when applicable so we can see what you see. We understand the frustration here, but our QA team needs information to go on.

No Rewards From great vault! 3/3 PVP only

I’m not sure how spamming the forum helps the situation, Whatdaheal. Logging out/in a few times resolves the main issue for a number of folks and it is still good advice. If there is something else going on it is important to gather information so that our QA team can check it out. I’d recommend posting in one of the active threads in the Bug Report forum with what information you can.

Similar issue on two of my characters. I should have options from PvP, but it’s all blank.
