Most people it is showing simply like we have done nothing this week, and its giving us no options. Its mostly people that only completed the pvp side of the vault.

i have the same problem, multiples relogs still nothing, i had 3/3 at least pvp options and its shows like i didnt do nothing past week

Sorry, Disciplineme. We’re trying to verify that no other option existed and not that you just selected the wrong reward. If we can verify the former, we might be able to figure out what caused it to get a fix.
No, it isn’t a fix, it is a possible resolution for specific conditions in which the reward didn’t load. A display issue primarily.
If it isn’t working then obviously it isn’t the same issue, to which you’d want to post in the Bug Report Forum so our QA team can collect actionable data to investigate.
I’m sorry, but Customer Support wouldn’t would have no ability to allow or disallow that. I don’t know if that is something that our Devs would be able to do, but they would need to verify that a bug occurred here and not that the wrong option was selected.
Hence, why I originally requested a screenshot.

dude I have made a post there. You guys aren’t helping us at all. Tell us your fixing it and to wait for the fix at least. All you’ve said on posts is to relog and keep relogging until it populates.

I appreciate the screenshot, but that isn’t the same issue as Disciplineme was describing. That is the screenshot I was looking for.
to receive a 220 item gear or select stygia…
I’m sure I wouldn’t select the wrong reward… this is frustrating.

The Bug Report forum isn’t a ticket system, Blamecanada. You aren’t likely to get a reply. QA looks to that forum to collect data to look into possible bugs.
If they can verify a bug they work on developing a fix, be it in the form of a patch of hotfix. Those take time. How much, I can’t say as it varies.

I am also missing loot in the vault on my main. I have 3 other characters which were able to open the vault and receive loot with no hiccups - but my main has no gear options, and doesn’t do the opening channel animation to generate loot. I’ve sent in a support ticket, and I have tried relogging multiple times with no success.

Multiple reports of something happening isn’t verification, Blamecanada. I’m sorry if you are misunderstanding how that works.
Even in this thread there are at least three different issues being described. Since I’m unable to get the screenshot that I was hoping to pass on I don’t feel leaving this thread open will be productive. I am not a member of QA or Development, I can’t specifically assist with these issues other than provide what suggestions I have.
To encourage Bug Reports going to the appropriate place I’m going to lock this thread. Thank you all for what information you were able to provide. It has already been passed on, but I do encourage posting what details you can in the Bug Report forum too.
