Last week i earned over 2500 honor for the pvp section in the vault. It said 2/3 of the reward options were unlocked but today when i log in to pick my item. Everything is locked so I’m not able to pick anything. Is there something i did wrong or could it be a bug possibly?

I’m having the same problem. I cleared 10 mythic dungeons and 5 raid bosses, but I see no loot to choose from. The vault opens and closes just fine, but the loot never appears.

Just to clarify, were they mythic+ dungeons?
Just to make sure it isn’t related, can you try relogging and see if that allows it to populate? It may require a few relogs.

I just relogged and the problem corrected itself. I only had to relog one time. Thank you for your help!

I am currently having this issue where none of the reward options are populating. The game told me I had unlocked 3/3 rated pvp options.
Relogging multiple times has not been helpful so far.

Im having the same problem! Im 1950 on arena rating and cant see ANY reward!

As it happened to my ALT, and not my main, I figure its because I didnt grab the QUEST that gives the reward when you grab your first vault item.
We need a fix to this. LOTS of alts will have no loot

I also had not grabbed the quest. I didn’t even knew it existed because I hadn’t gone to the vault and nowhere in the game did it suggest I needed this quest to get the rewards it told me I had unlocked.
That point is a source for a lot of anxiety, lol
I have this same issue. Relogging did not resolve.
Edit: all of my rewards were supposed to be from rated pvp honor gains.
Have you tried resetting your User Interface yet?

when i first time login today, it only showed stygia reward as option, and i clicked, there are no loot as option, and there are no new quests showing from vault. after i re-login, there are new quests, but there is still no loot option for me! . please help with let me re-choose my loot. need assistance now!

Just for clarification, Cheerylady, you didn’t see any option for another item? You only saw the option for the Stygia, which you selected?
