No response from Blizzard

I have been unable to get back into my main account due to someone getting into my account and changing the number on my authenticator. I have tried to remove my authenticator, but unable to do so. So I have put in tickets for Blizzard so they could resolve this for me and I have not heard anything from them. It has been about 2 months now. What else can I do?

Ticket times are not running at 2 months. Chances are they have already replied asking for more information. Do you have a ticket number for your most recent ticket?

Also keep in mind that if they sent you a response asking for information, you cannot reply to those emails. You must submit a new ticket and reference the original ticket number.

I can not check my ticket status because I can not log into my account. I was hoping I would receive an email trying to resolve the situation.

Did you find the source of the comprmise ither wise this could happen again.

I’m see no tickets on THIS Battlenet, I presume you are referring to another.

Do you have that Battletag or any characters/realms on that one?

They would have replied through email - likely with questions that need answered to confirm you are the account holder.

You should put in a new ticket. Your email account is secure also? Usually Blizzard will send a response to the email, but if it’s not secure a hacker can intercept those. Any responses from you have to be by ticket, Blizzard uses a noreply address.

I am referring to my main account. I had to make this one in order to post on the forums. I do have my Battletag and my main character was Hooliganrhev on Tichondrius.

There have been 3 contacts about this - we’ve replied to all 3 with questions you need to answer back through a ticket.

Hopefully you didn’t reuse the email account to make this account to post, but you can simplify tracking the replies by opening a new ticket with this account.

Okay, so do I just make a new ticket through this account? I am unable to see the other tickets due not being able to get into my account.

Did you check your email for replies? Check spam filters also, as well as possible forwarding.

I did check both of those. Only email I have received from Battle.net is about my subscription.

You could make one through this account - just be sure to make it plain this is not the one you are referring to.
