I’m not getting offered the quest for the “Imp in the ball” from the Innkeeper in Stormwind on my TBCC Alliance Hunter . (I DID receive the mount per my 6 month sub.) I ran all the way to Booty Bay to talk to Landro Longshot. He had nothing for me either. Why is the quest not showing up on the main Inkeeper in Stormwind?
Check in your game launcher for the gift there. It sounds like it will arrive as a gift according to this:
It looks like your Alliance hunter was able to complete the quest and has the Imp in a Ball in their bank now.
Just keep them away from any uncooked food you have in your bank. They get hungry!
I am automatic 6-month renewal. I have received the transmog in Live. I have tried for the Imp in a ball quest now daily for over a week. Yes, In WOW BC. WHY is this quest not available. My character is at Lvl 60 so shouldn’t be that.
The imp in a ball has been available for a long time now, so I wonder if you might have already unlocked it previously.

Sherrilynne, your Imp in a Ball can be found in your Runecloth Bag. You already have the item redeemed.

Odds are u more then likely have a misbehaving addon id wager baggon it has a history of hidding items i would do a full UI reset
“I don’t use addons at all. The Inn Keeper, in Classic Undercity, isn’t even offering my Classic Forsaken the quest to get the Toy. I can’t find the Quest on my Classic Bloodelf either.”
Have you tried submitting a ticket? You don’t get an instant response but your ticket will be responded to in the order that it was received. And if/when you get a templated response (not automated, but a template to help troubleshoot most common issues), there is a button towards the end to the tune of “I still have an issue” that’ll put your ticket back into a higher queue that will get a GM to look into your issue directly. Just keep things clear without a lot of unnecessary info.

But with the initial response, did you try reopening it with the “I still have a problem/Still need help” button? Or did you just follow the templated response and close out the ticket?

Start by selecting one of the two characters.
This part? Skip. If you can’t restore an item, then you don’t fill it out. Move on down to the description box and explain your issue. All of your toons but X and Y received the quest to get the imp. You are unsure of what to do for those two characters. (Insert character names-servers in place of X and Y).
Submit the ticket. Wait. And then if/when the templated response comes back, hit that snazzy “I still need help” button to resend it back into the higher queue.
(adding in to add that I debated using the quest path, but I wasn’t 100% so if someone believes that to be the better deal, by all means feel free to correct me.)

“I don’t know what could be done to make this process any clearer. It’s not instantaneous. Tickets are answered in the order that they are received. So long as you got a ticket number after submitting it, you did it properly. Now it is a waiting game but so long as it was submitted properly, you will get a response. You may have to elevate it as I’ve outlined if the initial response is templated. But with patience and all of that, you and the staff will get it figured out.”

You appear to have submitted a ticket, and then 30 minutes later you abandoned/canceled that ticket from the website. At this point, you will not receive a response from the Game Master team because you have canceled your request.
If you still need help, please follow the instructions provided by Leilleath to open a ticket and then do not cancel that ticket. The Game Masters will review your request as soon as they’re able to - it will not be instantaneous, but as long as you do not cancel the request then you will receive a response.
