This really boggles my mind why I cannot get a simple response or explanation on a ticket, they just said a few words with a few links and no explanation as to the who the why and the what, anyway can someone poke someone in that area to look at my ticket there?

Because this is a player supported help forum? The SFAs only moderate the forum and gives guidance.
The forums are not a means to circumvent the ticket system. There are no GMs here.

Nope. I got out of Team FPS Games when I was in my 20s. I’m an old Quakeworld Team Fortress player. The player-base got worse, hyper competitive, and toxic.

Chelseah, did you reopen the ticket asking for clarification? Once a ticket is answered, there are options at the end to either close it or continue it. If you continue it, it typically goes to different game master which provides a new pair of eyes.
As for the replies you’re receiving, like has been stated, you have posted in a public community forum where anyone is allowed to respond. Now, you’re certainly welcome to dismiss what the community posts, but you are not able to dictate whether or not they do. If you are not interested in what the community has to say, simply ignore it an move on; it’s unnecessary to chide them like you did. Understand that the regulars have been here for a very long time, some even longer than the support forum agents themselves, so they are quite knowledgeable.
As for the forum(s), like has also been stated, they are not part of the ticket system, thus there are no game masters here. The support forum agents that staff this forum do sometimes help with issues when able, which is not always the case, thus it is never guaranteed. (On a side note, no battlenet forum is a direct contact point with Blizzard. Only the ticket system is.)

We don’t normally get into the details of account actions, the purpose of an appeal is to re-review an original decision, not have a discussion.
As to what you said - do we really have to be specific that it isn’t appropriate to tell other posters to eat tide pods, on our forums?
I strongly recommend you reconsider how you interact with others here. As evidenced in this very thread, being argumentative to people trying to assist is counter-productive. Posters here are absolutely, 100% correct, this IS a player to player assisted forum, not the venue to appeal anything, and anyone in good standing has the freedom and ability to post here.
