I understand not wanting to have full blown conversation. But no one even says hello back, /waves, Lols to my silly troll RP, nothing. Not even goodbye… This after about 10 runs or so in retail last night.
People barely even reply in towns. Game feels very isolating and antisocial. But when I play classic it is completely different story… People talk gather groups together etc. But classic is boring and slow.
Make a server without lfd lfr crz and all that other crap let us experience retail wow with an actual server community. I thought this was an MMORPG? Just feels like a lobby game where everyone already has their cliques.

One time I was in a group and this guy wouldn’t stop talking about how bad we were that he let us die to simple healing mechanics repeatedly. Blizzard plz remove chat from dgs so people can actually work together.

Tbf rp should be kept to rp groups and not forced into dungeon groups with people not on rp servers
I do agree that i miss server communities and CRZ kinda killed that, however i also remember a time where you couldn’t duel people from different servers unless you glitched through the walls of deadmines so i’d rather not lose 90% of my off server friends

We wouldn’t have bricked the key if he had just stopped typing in chat and pressed buttons. It makes perfect sense to prevent such horrid game ruining behavior in the future.

Is all I say when doing M+. Most of the time I don’t even say hi because nobody says hi to me when I join the group so they can eat dirt.

The random social encounters can be bad. I made a new friend two nights ago while running keys. He has a few other buddies and now we spend out lonely shut in nights together holding hands in dungeons.

I know that Classic can seem boring a bit, but once you get geared it speeds up a lot. I don’t know if SoM is going to last long term, but I rerolled on Jom last night and there are tons of people everywhere. I had a blast yesterday and probably put like 10 hours into this character lol. Server is packed. Tons of great and bad convos last night.
Retail isn’t going to change back, you will likely not meet people as easy on there.

I think they should make a raid that's entirely of just us having a conversation with everybody. It cannot be all copy pasta either. You have to act it all out. People assigned roles. Act out emotes, etc. Hold this ball. Walk here. Kneel there. I mean are we looting shooting or an RPG?

People don’t talk in the dungeon finder because you’re only in there for 10 minutes.
In M+ groups people will chat more if they’re waiting for a while to fill the group. It’s usually considered rude not to talk in a M+ group.
Would you say its almost as ridiculous as someone demanding a grouping system get removed so people can socialize more?

My last dungeon run was perfect!
Everyone just “clicked” with no talking required. There were good times, strange times, and things made you go WTF!

Talking in dungeons are a waste of time. You’ll never see these pugs again most you group with for mythics are not even on your server…the only people to be social with are guilds.
You waste time otherwise.
