No one leveling

Even high pop servers have no one leveling through the world. Classic is dead.

Was going to level a druid on Pagle and it’s a ghost town. Don’t give me it’s the am… game was plenty alive at all hours before. I find the game much more enjoyable when the world is full. So it’s dead already?

Yeah I was leveling a shaman with my friend who is a warrior and even with us filling the tank and healer roles it was a struggle to fill groups. Finally almost to Outland so it dosen’t get better all the way up sadly.

Ah the classic moronic response of gO pLAY REtaIl!

The fact if anyone dares to have a problem that isn’t personally effecting you then it mustn’t be real.

It’s just a mouth breather who has no real value to say. I’m just addressing what I’m seeing and it’s a disappointment

Hey guy, just go play retail

Boosting is better, so is soloing, why would anyone spend 1-2 hours putting together a group when they can grind or solo quest for better exp?

This is why LFD eventually became a thing because this exact thing happened.

The world is now outlands, of course classic maps are dead

You know AM has a massive effect on number of people playing right? You really think 6 am even during peak vanilla people were flooding the servers? Are you dense?

It’s almost as if people threw money to bypass the leveling process, rush to raid, and then scream about nothing to do…

Imagine if they didnt ruin TBC classic with paid boosts and nerfd mage boosting. The game might not be dead now but they had make a quick buck.

TBCC doesn’t have the allure of WoW Classic. Outland isn’t nearly as enjoyable as Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor. Endgame is more enjoyable at 70 but leveling is less a part of the game than it was on WoW Classic. The game just isn’t as interesting as most people thought it would be.

Combine that with the fact that a chunk of the playerbase went back to retail when 9.1 released, the Blizz news over the past couple weeks, some poeple are just stepping away.

This isn’t anything new, there is always a large influx of people the first 4-6 weeks after an expansion, patch or new phase, which just dwindles down over time.

Old games are never as good as we remember them being.

Probably everyone is still playing their main characters as most people don’t have 12 hours a day to play.

Did you read the OP? Nobody is saying there’s nothing to go, they’re saying there’s nobody to level with. Who in here said there’s nothing to do?

Go back and read for comprehension.

I know reading comprehension is a super hard raid boss. The fact that I didn’t bluntly add “and that’s why nobody’s leveling” should not be THAT relevant…

Exactly. Most of us leveled our characters long ago. I have no desire to level and gear another character, and that has nothing to do with the boost.

If I’m going to log on, it’s not to make a fresh alt and go run SFK for the 400th time. Sorry for your empty low level zones.

Nowhere in that post are they complaining about nothing to do. It’s about the world being dead for average leveling. Boosting, paid boosts and outland are the game so of course not many are leveling.

You said people are rushing to raid and complaining about nothing to do. Nobody in here is complaining about raiding or nothing to do. The people who paid for boosts aren’t being talked about by the op, but rather asking where is the levelers.

I don’t think the boost helped the situation, and I don’t support the boost.

That being said, I think it’s inevitable that the game arrived here. Even without the boost the old zones go dead over time. It also doesn’t help that outland is totally separated from the old world.

Given that the OP’s thesis is that Classic is dead and unplayable…what, to your mind, would have been a better response?
