No one is in the world questing?

I zoned in to Dragonflight and wow… i don’t see anyone. Maybe 1 or 2 other players in 30mins, it’s incredibly boring.

No one to do quest mobs with, World objectives are left alone, where is everyone?? How do I change to a busier Instance?

Might be a sharding thing. I’ve heard sharding is currently completely on roids. Probably in response to the launch issues.

Other than that are you in our out of warmode? On EU i see far more people in Warmode than outside of it for gearing/leveling reasons.

turned on war mode, not much of a difference.

oh well…

Weird. Like was said, it must be a sharding thing.

I have been seeing a ton of people lately. Too many, actually.

They keep ruining my screenshots.

For sure, they added TONS of shards to make area 52 remotely playable.

I have this every now and then. A couple days ago i quested fora long time, i might have seen like 3 others the entire time questing from the end of the first zone and through the second. The day before yesterday i was questing with my sis and her friend, and only saw other players a couple times then too. Yesterday however there were loads of people questing and stuff in the same area as me. I think sharding is kinda nutsy rn.

I’m world-questing … and the scarcity of players is wonderful.

I seen some here I haven’t seen in ages,it’s a big area.

Warmode isnt popular. So it’ll always be it’s own form of sharding in a sense.

Probably because people quickly noticed that Dragonflight is just Shadowlands 2.0 and have stopped playing… or worse, moved to WoW Classic

I am avoiding doing them until darkmoon faire for the rep buff.

Since you want the extra rep for some recipes.

It sucks but they turn world quests into like half weeklies so you sort of have more need to do them and wait for rep buffs.

Might be a sharding thing. But I see plenty of people out and about just while out gathering or hunting rares, or whatever. Plenty of conversation in zone chat too, and I play on a low pop server/cluster.

Ymmv of course, but there’s plenty of activity where I’m at.

I am on a realm that was low pop before launch. Not sure how it is now, but I never seen a login queue or had issues getting anywhere.

I see random one or two folks flying if I actually look. In cities folks are there. Every single time I do a task where I kill a group mob, at the bare minimum one other person shows up before it is dead.

I know some folks demand there be 50 folks in every zone doing the same quest, but I feel like the world is lively enough for my taste. Too many folks if anything.

Ragnaros - WM Off.

There is no place on the map where you will not find other players. Which is lucky, I’m leveling my Priest in Holy Spec and it’s awesome to be able to “borrow” AoE from other players to kill things.

draktheron WM off

seen plenty of people out and about, both horde and alliance.

Noticed this too, but I thought it was just an oceanic thing.

That’s odd. I know I saw quite a few people when I did the weapon WQ.

A couple people did a /WHO command and took some averages, and based on some basic math, it seems each zone is capped at 50 players per shard.

I personally have never seen more than 9 or 10 at any one time.

This is just very rough Guesstimation though. Blizzard never tells anyone anything, but yea, the world feels very much dead with population. Something is defiantly askew.

Sharding. Many day 1 and 2. Hopped on that ride to the Isles. 50+ strong eager to go.

Zone change. You see like 3 of the em.

Umm captain of the Vessle we need to go back, 47 people just went over board.

I can confirm this. I logged into the expac on day 2 of its launch and I’ve seen maybe 6 other people the entire time and I’ve been playing everyday and do everything in each zone. It’s kinda depressing tbh.
