i replied to that user (who replied to my earlier comment) because they stated “They showed it”
when blizzard didn’t show anything nor even officially announce anything of a warcraft mobile game.
in otherwords, i replied to that player because i knew he was blowing smoke out of his butt and didn’t know what he was talking about or straight up lying.
Well the blood elf is one of the CORE RACES, they are meant to have more customization options.
Void elves are the exception here.
Why didn’t Nightborne got half of the Night Elve’s customizations like Velfs did with Belfs, huh?
Why just the stolen Ally AR get it?
no, in Diablo Inmortal, What other example do you want the hell?
Free to play don’t mean that your mobiles games it’s free whales consumers.
This the bad image of any mobile game Whose purpose is and it will always be the microtransactions, There is no free game that is free of that, not even a majority of old games brought to mobile such as Chrono Trigger or Little Big Adventure series.
And that, the armor fittings for female Belfs is not similar to the TBC cinematic.
They give the Nelfs chew herbs, love trees a custom similar to the first WoW cinematic, and nothing to us, and by the way it is just a classic reference to a class that we will never have as the Silencer or Spell breaker.
that is unfair Blizzard and if it is a Blackslash to have better customization in any race, as well as that they did not improve much the transmog and the new armor appearances in the game.
to top it all only resulting in the last Blizzcon with Shadowlands launch between forsaken with more skin (for China) and black and Asian humans in HUMANS only for only obtaining a positive political result and not for the experience of the video game itself.
While “whales” do make up a majority of revenue of a mobile game, they are a minority in the overall playerbase… small fish consume a larger proportion after whales (people who spend maybe no more than $5-40 per week if that), however the overall majority of the playerbase doesn’t even drop a dime on mobile games.
but it’s a example, You do not know what result the new mobile game will have in Warcraft, I am not saying it is negative, nor positive, I am just saying that Blizzard is not focused on mobiles even though Hearthstone has been successful.
Blizzard is not for mobile game, Warcraft will not have a result similar to WoW or the Warcraft trilogy.
No for China and Asian Comunity, and this minority it’s growing over time, it is a pity that there are more players on mobiles than players on PC or Consoles.
And Acti-Blizz they is expecting to feed a lot on the whales, especially Bob.
same goes for china or the asian market, whales are a minority, however i think you’re confusing that in the asian markets, the small fish are instead the majority as chinese/asian gamers are use to and raised on the payment model of mictotransactions or pay as you go (i.e. you can buy hourly subscriptions for subscription based games), so making a lot of small transactions in a game is something that they are use to doing.
you are sure? Anyway, I have already told you, that minority you are talking about is growing, there are more whales every day among children and people over 35.
And if you don’t believe me, why acti-Blizzard has a great interest in mobile games and move its industry to this platform?
the whales give money and Bob knows it, they are not going to lose the opportunity to lose this resource and the more successful they are, the better for the company.
it’s like that saying, death by a thousand tiny cuts, except instead of cuts it’s profits by a endless tiny transactions.
They want to expand into the mobile space because all these thousands of tiny trransactions ontop of the few whales = extreme revenue… Activision are masters of the mobile gaming space, especially considering that they own the Candy Crush IP, the most profitable western mobile game series of all time, and lead the action/shooter mobile space with Call of Dooty.
They are actually 6th, behind Pokemon GO, Clash of Clans, Puzzle & Dragons, Monster Strike, with number one being the lifespan of League of Kings/Honor of Kings/Arena of Valor.
Also, there’s a lot to be said for ad revenue, as well, along with premium subscriptions to remove them. I could see a Warcraft mobile game being tied somehow to your WoW subscription.
So much like my comment above where i stated “mobile game series”, there’s more than 1 candy crush title you know, Saga which is #6 on it’s own and is just 1 title in the series/franchise.
