your argument is circular. its the most popular race in game but thats not proof that people want it.
and if its the most popular thats reason it shouldnt be allowed. but if its not the most popular then it shouldnt be allowed.

we already have wows version of wood elves, tolkein elves, drow elves, and void themed elves. what we need is more customization options
I know a lot of Horde who would rather have Ethereals than Elves. But since we don’t have Ethereals they play what they can. That doesn’t mean it’s their first choice.
horde players want sanlayn elves and alliance players want high elves. then customization
ethereals would be great.
Finally, we agree on something.
i’m not against the horde getting races they want or alliance getting races other than high elves. i just would like playable high elves soonish. heck i’d even settle for half elves.
i’d elves that have wrathion style, with the wavy curly hair. they have perfected wavy/curly hair, it looks like. that would make a cool elven race, from pale to dark with wavy curly hair styles

I admit those look good, and if they were in game, I’d probably play one. I just worry about all the other races dying out if this trend keeps going.
they need to start giving customizations to the other races. i’d play at least 4 ethereals if we had them. they just need to do a good job on the females.
I don’t think there are female Ethereals. Just like there aren’t any obvious Ogre females either.

Elves in fantasy have always been exotic, and if you make them populous enough, they’re worth less than generic humans.
We need to stop adding dumb types of elves, especially the type of elf that shall not be named.
well, my idea was they’d be very pretty and the ogres hide them away. its cultural. and they are very dumb and pretty (meleers) or very smart, pretty but disagreeable (casters). i had this whole cut scene in my head of two dumb ones, a guy and his mate, having a really silly conversation thats both touching and dumb as a box of rocks.
Why not make playable Ogres all the 2 headed ones? One Male head and one Female head? And allow double names, like “Ricky and Lucy”?
