If you hire them and say “But you have to behave this is rated t” you’d still get a lot of cool stuff
I didn’t watch Blizzcononline but on mmo-champ it says
- There is nothing to announce right now about more customization or new heritage armor, but they will definitely add it when the time is right.
“Nothing to announce” != “Nothing is coming” They could add nothing 
or they could add more customization than they did at the start of the xpac

This whole thing is beyond stupid.
Blizzard is one of the biggest game companies ever.
There is no acceptable reason why they can’t devote the resources to constant minor customization updates.
They should have been releasing updates every patch since the start of the game.
The lack of care and effort customization gets in this game is simply pathetic.

Well they specifically said during the Q&A that we’re not getting any more customizations during Shadowlands. Wowhead’s synopsis is being more vague than the words spoken from the devs mouths during the Q&A. They could go back on that if artists are freed up to do so and they decide the demand is too much to ignore. Only time will tell.

Unfortunately they were very clear… and then went on and on about how much they loved the customizations added at launch. So we’re all scratching our heads asking “If you loved them so much, why are you going back on what previous interviews said about more customization coming during Shadowlands?”.
I got lucky on my Void Elf that I got what I got… but my poor Nightborne toons are doomed for the time being
