/2 /1 has never been this bad with a large number of players harassing other players based on sex/religion. politic trolls are part of wow and always have been but this is a whole new level. players actively trying to get others to self harm with the bully.
players are tired of reporting we need a gm that is paid to actually moderate the game like it used to be. most of normal people have been forced to turn off global chats
Blizzard has always been reactive. Keep reporting them is all you can do and go about your day.

They haven’t “won”, eventually they will work their way to a suspension and if they don’t learn from that, a ban.
Incorrect, as an example recently the following player was punished for making trade chat all about him after player reports.
The only way the reporting system doesn’t work - is if it’s not used.
